Influence Analysis Of Intercity Railway Network On Traffic Network And Spatial Structure Of Jingjinji Urban Agglomeration

The coordinated development of Beijing Tianjin Hebei Urban Agglomeration has become a major national strategy.By the end of 2016,the National Development and Reform Commission approved the planning of intercity railway network,which covered the area of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei province.The scope of planning network has reached 3796km,including 23 new intercity railways.Together with existing lines,an integrated transportation network is being built.This would surely have a profound impact on spatial structure of Beijing Tianjin Hebei urban agglomeration.Therefore,it is of urgent necessity to find an effective and feasible method to analyze and predict the impact.Firstly,the theory of urban agglomeration development,the principle and research methods of space syntax are systematically introduced,which laid the theoretical foundation for the research of Beijing Tianjin Hebei urban agglomeration's traffic network and its consistency with urban agglomeration's development.Simultaneously,references of city development status,regional comprehensive plan,current transportation condition and network planning of intercity railway are collected and sorted out as research foundation.Secondly,the Beijing Tianjin Hebei urban agglomeration was taken as the research object.Network topologies of the current traffic network and the newly planned integrated traffic network were established based on space syntax.Appropriate syntactic indices were selected to quantitatively describe the characteristics of the network.According to the data,we can analyze the effect of comprehensive traffic network on the development of city group and forecast the influence of intercity railway network.Finally,two indicators of In Degree and Out Degree were proposed to study the influence of the intercity railway on traffic network and urban agglomeration's development.Then the results of spatial syntax models compared with the Regional Developing Plan,and the axis of traffic network with the development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei is also analyzed.It is found that the intercity railway has little influence on the local accessibility,but it obviously improves the Out degree of the urban node.The paper analyzed the effect of the intercity railway on the transportation condition and urban agglomeration development of Beijing-Hebei-Tianjin area by space syntax model quantitatively.It will provide certain guidance for intercity railway planning and promote efficiency of city group development.
