| The development of greenway construction in China is becoming more and more mature,but there are still some problems in the analysis of the benefits of greenways to regions and residents.In view of this problem,this thesis qualitatively analyzes the impact of regional greenways on the Pearl River Delta region and residents from both macro and micro perspectives,establishes a comprehensive evaluation index system of regional greenways,and analyzes the generalized benefits of regional greenways in the Pearl River Delta region.The specific research contents and results are as follows:(1)Construction of regional greenway generalized benefit evaluation index system.At the macro level,the pre-selected indicators of economic,tourism,social and traffic benefits of regional greenways are determined,and six macro indicators reflecting the comprehensive impact of greenways on the region are extracted through principal component analysis,including greenway operation income,regional GDP pulling value,regional domestic tourism income,regional urban population ratio,consumer health care price index,and urban public transport operation line length.At the micro level,the pre-selected indicators of economic tourism,social and traffic benefits of regional greenways are determined.Through frequency analysis,11micro-indicators reflecting the impact of greenways on residents’lives are extracted,including employment and business opportunities,catering and accommodation industry,tickets and sales facilities,leasing industry,natural landscape,closeness to nature,sports and fitness,leisure and entertainment,parking facilities,public transportation and smooth walking.The construction of a comprehensive index system for the generalized benefits of regional greenways makes the research ideas of the generalized benefits of regional greenways more clear and the research framework more specific.(2)Study on the macro generalized benefit of greenway in the Pearl River Delta region.Using the improved C~2R model,the relative efficiency values of the greenways in the Pearl River Delta region from 2010 to 2021 are calculated to be greater than 1,indicating that the output of the greenways in the Pearl River Delta region is greater than the input,and the greenways in the Pearl River Delta region have good macro generalized benefits.The scale benefit value of greenway in the Pearl River Delta region is between 0.17 and 1.04,showing an upward trend,indicating that the space for increasing the benefit of greenway in the Pearl River Delta region is decreasing.The relative benefit values of the regional greenways in the Pearl River Delta are all greater than 1,indicating that the regional greenway benefit output of each city is good;according to the average relative efficiency value of each city,it is divided into three categories.The first category is three cities mainly in Guangzhou,Dongguan and Foshan,and the greenway benefit output is relatively high.The second category is four cities mainly in Shenzhen,Zhuhai,Zhongshan and Huizhou,and the greenway benefit output is in the middle.The third category is two cities mainly in Zhaoqing and Jiangmen,and the greenway benefit output is relatively poor.(3)Study on the micro generalized benefits of greenway in the Pearl River Delta region.Through questionnaire survey analysis,it is concluded that the average scores of regional greenway benefit perception,satisfaction and benefit evaluation are all greater than 3.5,indicating that residents fully feel the positive impact of greenway on their lives,and the Pearl River Delta regional greenway has good micro generalized benefits;the average use time of the Pearl River Delta greenway is 4.14hours per week,indicating that the Pearl River Delta greenway has a high level of use;through the structural equation model,the mechanism of regional greenway benefit perception on greenway satisfaction and benefit evaluation is analyzed.It is concluded that residents’satisfaction and benefit evaluation of greenway in the Pearl River Delta region mainly depend on the social and economic tourism benefit perception of greenway.Taking the Pearl River Delta regional greenway as an example,combined with the macro regional level and the micro user level,the constructed evaluation index system and model are used to study the generalized benefits of the Pearl River Delta regional greenway,which is of great significance to the follow-up study of regional greenway benefits. |
