All kinds of soft soil are existed in the coastland of our country, which has different form reason, such as Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Guangdong. To construct the civil engineering and water conservancy and municipal transportation in this soil must consider the soft ground treatment in this area. Therefore, enhance the research of soft ground treatment method and choose a technique feasible and economic reasonable treatment project have very important meaning, beacouse it can save the investment and land and protect the resourcesand insure engineering quantity.First, this paper combine with the last technical development condition of soft ground treatment, three big area ground treatment method (Precompression of Combining Vacuum to Stack Loading Method and Deeply Mixing Method and Dynamic Consolidation by Drainage Method) and their mechanism and calculation method and apply range are detailed introduce, which in common use in Pearl River Delta.Second, fuzzy mathematics and AHP theories are introduced, which research non-quantitative analysis theories. Adopt the Multi-level Analysis Synthetic Fuzzy Evaluation Model, the technique possibility of soft ground treatment and economic and environment influence-are considered, then apply the Expert Consult Method deal with the factors, which have the big influence to the soft ground treatment project, such as the engineering geology (include soft soil thickness, soft soil kinds, etc), construction condition (include the work period, material, machine), and environment protection, etc. And the Multi-level Analysis Synthetic Fuzzy Evaluation Model are built.Last, three examples of big area soft ground are calculated, which in the Panyu university city of Guangzhou, Nansha economic development area and Zhuhai Power.
