| With the rapid development of China’s infrastructure construction and the concrete implementation of medium-and long-term railway network planning,railway construction has achieved leapfrog development,and more and more long tunnels are being built and planned.In the construction process of the long tunnel,the transportation task of stone slag and construction materials is mainly completed through rail transportation.At present,the organization of rail transportation mostly relies on engineering experience,lacks scientific and systematic,and reasonable arrangement of rail transportation organization is of great significance for personnel safety control,efficient operation of equipment and acceleration of construction progress.In summary,the main work and research conclusions of the in-depth study of the long tunnel rail transportation organization under construction include:(1)On the basis of analyzing the calculation method of long tunnel construction capacity,the research on the selection and marshalling configuration of rail transportation equipment was carried out.According to the principle of equipment selection,select and configure rails,traction locomotives and transport vehicles;The short formation mode and mixed long formation mode of special train are proposed,the train formation sequence is discussed,and the advantages,disadvantages and applicability of single formation and single cycle and single formation and multiple cycle are analyzed.(2)According to different rail layout forms,the organization of rail transportation is studied.When laying the double-track single-track track,the continuous boring of double-shield TBM was used as the core,the setting method of the meeting platform was analyzed,the step-by-step configuration method of the number of trains was proposed,and the research on the driving organization was carried out.When laying the four-track double-line track,the continuous boring of the shield machine was used as the core,the setting method of the ferry line turnout was analyzed,and the driving organization adjustment study was carried out under abnormal conditions.When laying the four-track three-line track,the open TBM boring and the secondary lining were constructed synchronously,the setting method of the floating turnout was analyzed,and the configuration method of the number of lining marshalling trains was proposed with the continuous pouring of the lining trolley as the core,and the research on the driving organization of the lining construction area was carried out.(3)Relying on the construction section of the exit of Gaoligongshan Tunnel,the design of the rail transportation organization scheme of the TBM construction section of the main cave and the flat outlet was carried out respectively,and the progress of the boring construction and lining construction of the train were analyzed,which showed that the proposed rail transportation organization method could effectively accelerate the construction progress of long tunnels,and had certain reference value and reference significance for similar long tunnel construction transportation in the future. |
