| With the rapid development of railway construction in China,there are more and more long and complex geological tunnels.Rail transportation is the preferred choice for long tunnels,especially long tunnels.However,due to the complex and harsh construction environment,difficult communication between personnel,difficult equipment management and high safety risk,the construction progress and safety control are greatly affected.It is of great significance to develop a construction scheduling management system suitable for long tunnels and improve the timeliness and accuracy of management scheduling.The main research contents are as follows :(1)Overall scheme design of rail transportation scheduling management system for long tunnel constructionAccording to the construction conditions and construction transportation scheme of long tunnel,the demand analysis of rail transportation dispatching management system is carried out.Combined with wireless positioning technology,wireless communication technology and computer technology,the overall scheme of the system is designed.By integrating the positioning subsystem,communication subsystem and host computer platform,the vehicle positioning visualization and information transmission are realized,and the rail transportation dispatching management system of tunnel construction is established.(2)Long tunnel construction rail transport scheduling management system on-site terminal designThe field terminal is divided into positioning terminal,communication terminal and connection module.The existing wireless positioning technology is analyzed,and the positioning technology is tested.The wireless positioning technology is selected by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the positioning terminal.Due to the instability of the positioning data,the Kalman filter algorithm is selected to deal with the fluctuation of the positioning data.Analyze the existing wireless communication technology,select the communication technology according to the test results,compare the advantages and disadvantages of the communication terminal,use the two-way antenna for data transmission,and connect the two sets of subsystems through the data conversion module to form a complete field terminal.(3)Long tunnel construction rail transport scheduling management system PC platform designVisual studio 2019 is used to complete the software design of the host computer.The software platform includes the function of construction work marks,which can carry out vehicle call query,personnel information query,vehicle use time query,track information query and other functions.The host computer software can display in the form when receiving the positioning information of the vehicle base station to realize real-time monitoring of the vehicle position.(4)Comprehensive test of long tunnel construction rail transport scheduling management systemBased on the system design positioning subsystem,communication subsystem and system comprehensive experiment,the real-time positioning accuracy of the positioning subsystem vehicle is verified.The Kalman filter algorithm can reduce the error of positioning data fluctuation,and the communication subsystem can stably transmit positioning data.The transmission distance of the communication subsystem based on the wireless bridge can reach 3 km,and the positioning accuracy of the UWB positioning subsystem based on Kalman filter is about 10 cm,which meets the needs of the tunnel site. |
