The innovation of science and technology and the advancement of urbanization have provided new opportunities for the development of modern tram,but the increasingly high performance requirements of the rail transit industry have made the development of tram more difficult.As a rail transit vehicle,the distribution of the axle(wheel)weight of tram plays a deterministic role in the driving performance of the vehicle,the excessive deviation of the axle(wheel)weight will have a great impact on the traction performance and braking performance of the vehicle.Therefore,the national standard GB/T3317-2006 clearly stipulates the deviation of axle load and wheel weight of railway vehicles.The standard stipulates that the deviation of all moving axle weight of vehicles does not exceed ±2% and that of each wheel weight does not exceed ±4%.In order to meet the requirements,it is necessary to test the weight distribution before the vehicle is put into use.If the axle(wheel)weight deviation does not meet the standard,it needs to be uniformly adjusted,but the complex structure of tram brings great difficulties to its weight detection and adjustment.In this paper,the five-module tram is taken as the research object and start from the actual production demand,a method suitable for the calculation and adjustment of tram weight distribution is developed,which solves the problem of uneven distribution of vehicle weight from design to assembly.On the basis of the ordinary locomotive spring adjustment technology,build twelve points spring adjustment calculation model.By analyzing and comparing the advantages and disadvantages of engineering optimization algorithm in spring adjustment calculation,an optimization algorithm suitable for modern tram spring adjustment calculation is found.Finally,a five-module tram spring adjustment algorithm based on annealing algorithm is designed,which effectively shortens the solving time.In order to make the vehicle weighing and spring adjusting equipment have good human-computer interaction ability,this paper develops a set of software system of weighing test-bed based on C# language,which is convenient to operate,comprehensive in function and high in intelligence.Through this software system,the operator can monitor the whole equipment system by computer,and simple control commands can be input into the human-computer interaction interface to complete the calculation of vehicle weight distribution,detection and padding adjustment,which greatly reduces the workload of the operator.Through practical application and analysis,it is found that the designed five-module spring adjustment algorithm for tram can reduce the weight deviation of axle(wheel)and achieve the goal of weight uniformity adjustment effectively.The upper computer system of weighing test-bed has good performance and meets the actual production needs.It provides convenience for the production of five-module tramcar and greatly improves the production efficiency.
