With the development goal of “carbon peak and carbon neutrality”,the energy-saving upgrading of mechanical industrial equipment will become the current and future development trend.As a common working machine in the sheet metal forming industry,servo pump-controlled hydraulic press is widely used in equipment manufacturing in the fields of automobile,ship and energy.In order to improve the energy utilization rate of servo pump-controlled hydraulic press,this thesis designs the energy-saving system of servo pump-controlled hydraulic press from the perspective of energy recovery and reuse,and puts forward the corresponding energy control strategy.Finally,the effectiveness and practicability of the designed energy-saving system and energy control strategy are verified by simulation and experiment.Firstly,from the perspective of system energy consumption,combined with the operating conditions of the system,aiming at the problem of energy waste caused by the consumption of system feedback energy by braking resistance during the operation of servo pump-controlled hydraulic press,an energy-saving system of servo pump-controlled hydraulic press based on super capacitor and common DC bus structure is designed,and the parameter matching analysis of key components in the energy-saving system is carried out.The feasibility of the design is illustrated by mathematical modeling and theoretical analysis.Secondly,based on the mathematical model of the energy-saving system of the servo pump-controlled hydraulic press,the energy conversion model of the system is derived,and the energy flow analysis of the energy consumption state and the energy feedback state of the system is carried out respectively.The energy flow model of the whole machine is established,and the energy flow and dissipation law of the system is quantitatively revealed.Moreover,the energy control strategy of the energy-saving system of the servo pump-controlled hydraulic press is proposed.The model predictive control algorithm is used to realize the dynamic compensation of the charging and discharging power of the energy storage system.The finite state machine model of the system is established,and the state switching conditions of the energy storage system are given,which can automatically select the appropriate operating state for the energy storage system and reduce the computational complexity of the algorithm.Finally,the proposed energy control strategy is simulated and compared with the traditional double closed-loop control strategy to verify its effectiveness.Then the energy control strategy is applied to the specific working conditions of the servo pump-controlled hydraulic press.The energy consumption simulation and experimental analysis are carried out under different working conditions,and the energy consumption of the energy-saving system is compared with that of the non-energy-saving system.The effectiveness of the energy-saving system and the proposed energy control strategy is verified.
