Facing the global problems of greenhouse effect and energy crisis,In order to achieve the strategic goal of domestic dual-carbon development.various fields are devoted to the research of energy saving technology.Reducing the energy consumption of high-end equipment is the foundation of low-carbon manufacturing in the industrial sector.In many applications such as aircraft controls,mining machinery,agricultural machinery,crane manipulators,hydraulic drive controls are preferred over other transmission methods.At present,the hydraulic press is developing towards the direction of high precision,high efficiency and high automation.The characteristics of high energy saving,high stability and high repetition precision of direct drive pump-controlled servo system have gradually become the new trend of the development of hydraulic press.In order to meet the needs of hydraulic press industry development and energy saving,this thesis discusses the application of direct drive volume control servo system in hydraulic press,focusing on the following research work:(1)Formulate the schematic diagram of the hydraulic system,complete the calculation of key technical parameters such as pressure,flow,power,displacement,speed and other key technical parameters of the hydraulic system of the 125 T servo hydraulic press at each stage,select the system power source,control components and actuators,and verify the rationality of the entire system design sex.(2)Based on the power bond graph theory and the vector control principle of the permanent magnet synchronous motor,the electro-hydraulic simulation model of the direct-drive pump-controlled servo-hydraulic motor is built on the Simcenter Amesim platform,and the state machine theory is used to realize the open-loop control of the system position tracking.Experiments are used to verify the accuracy of the simulation model,and on this basis,the influence of system hydraulic,electrical,mechanical and other physical quantities on the dynamic response time,overshoot and stability of the system is explored.Analyze the energy saving mechanism of the direct pump control system,study the energy consumption distribution of the 125T servo hydraulic press.(3)In view of the nonlinear characteristics of direct drive pump-controlled servo hydraulic press and the problem of poor control accuracy caused by external load disturbance,a new control strategy is proposed combining with the actual situation of the system.PID control is adopted in the auxiliary stage of the hydraulic press,and active disturbance rejection control is adopted in the working blanking stage of the hydraulic press.The composite control method is implemented in MATLAB/Simulink.The results confirmed that the composite method has a certain effect in solving the displacement and velocity shock problems and can better track the desired signal.reduce the displacement error of the system about 5% in a working cycle.The research content of this topic provides certain theoretical basis and technical support for the application of direct drive volume control system in hydraulic press,which has certain significance for energy saving and emission reduction of high-end equipment.
