| With the rapid development of the prefabricated construction industry,the market demand of concrete components is constantly increasing.However,the degree of automation of the concrete component production line used in China is not high.In the production process,the concrete component mold is still fixed by manual assembly,which has seriously limited the production efficiency of the concrete component production line.In order to improve the degree of automation of concrete component production line,this paper proposes a 3D automatic printing system based on concrete3 D printing technology according to the actual production demand.Firstly,by analyzing the functional requirements of 3D automatic printing system,the operation process of the system is constructed,and the main body of the system is defined;divided into mechanical printing structure and automatic control,the overall design scheme is given,the three-dimensional model of the mechanical printing device is established,and the automatic control function of the system is planned;the system space mobile mechanism,concrete output mechanism and formwork conveying mechanism are designed.Secondly,according to the working principle of 3D automatic printing system,two system software were developed and the main control program was written.According to the performance characteristics of concrete mold,develops the model processing software,and realizes the layered processing and printing path planning.According to the control function requirements,the background monitoring and control software is developed,integrating the intelligent monitoring and control functions,and optimizing the operation process of the system.Thirdly,according to the characteristics of concrete material,the concrete mold model stratification algorithm and the printing filling path planning are constructed,which improves the speed of model data processing,studies the relationship between the operation speed and printing accuracy,proposes the speed control algorithm based on S-type acceleration and deceleration model,improves the operation efficiency of the system,analyzes the causes of the operation error of the printing device,improves the digital integral interpolalgorithm,and improves the printing accuracy of the system.Finally,the experimental prototype of the mold 3D automatic printing system was built,the ratio of printing materials was determined,the experimental content was designed according to the actual production requirements and the experiment was carried out.By comparing the size accuracy and design parameters of the actual printing mold,the feasibility of the designed 3D automatic printing system of the concrete member mold was verified. |
