With the development of building informatization and industrialization,the traditional construction technology can no longer meet people’s increasing aesthetic and functional needs for buildings,and more concrete buildings with unique modeling and high demand for clear water effect are born in line with the trend.The construction of special-shaped concrete member is faced with a technical problem,that is,the manufacture and support of formwork.With the continuous promotion and support of BIM technology,the research and application of BIM technology in the whole life cycle process such as design optimization,construction management,operation and maintenance of special-shaped components are increasing day by day.The 3D printing technology has the advantage of fast printing and high precision,but the research in the construction industry has just begun and has not yet become a system.In view of the difficulty in finalizing special-shaped concrete members in construction,BIM and 3D printing technology are combined to take full advantages of their respective technologies.BIM-3D printing technology is put forward,which integrates advanced theory and advanced technology by making full use of the advantage of information technology,to study the construction method and technical means of special-shaped thin-shell concrete structure.The parametric model of the component is established by Revit,which is imported into ANSYS analysis software to analyze the stress of concrete and calculate and optimize the thickness of the formwork.3D printing model is provided by BIM technology,and then through the DP system to generate 3D printing path to print and make concrete components formwork,which is spliced to realize one-time pouring of concrete components.This paper solves the problems existing in the making and positioning of formwork and the tightness of formwork splicing of special-shaped thin-shell concrete members.The concrete members have good appearance and architecture concrete effect.Through the construction simulation test of special-shaped thin-shell concrete member,some application experiences of BIM technology and 3D printing technology in the construction of special-shaped concrete have been obtained.The technical feasibility and application value of special-shaped concrete construction by printing formwork with BIM-3D printing technology are verified,which has accumulated valuable wealth for the construction application of similar projects in the future.(1)Taking special-shaped thin-shell concrete members as an example,the application of BIM-3D printing technology in the construction of complex special-shaped thin-shell concrete members is studied in this paper.Through 3D printing of component formwork,the rapid prototyping of formwork is realized and the steps of supporting formwork are simplified,the construction precision of concrete casting is improved,and the construction quality of concrete member is guaranteed.(2)Combining BIM technology with ANSYS analysis,the mechanical analysis of components and formwork materials is completed.It realized the synchronization and precision of shape design and structure design of complex components,and optimized the amount of formwork material.ANSYS finite element simulation results show that under the same load and constraint,the larger the thickness hi of the formwork is,the smaller the deflection will be;The larger the value of the lower side thickness h2 of the formwork is,the lower the curvature of the curve and tends to ease,and the deflection will become more and more insensitive to h1.The 3D printing formwork can meet the construction requirements of the special-shaped thin-shell concrete members,and it is found that when the formwork reaches the standard limit of deformation requirements,the stress is far less than its ultimate strength.(3)The combination of various materials and concrete is realized.Because 3D printing material is anti-aging,for simple non-bearing components,3D printing shell can be retained as an anti-corrosion,anti-aging treatment or decorative material.3-D printing material can be used as a kind of anti-corrosion,anti-aging treatment or decorative material.
