This paper takes the distribution pair of seawater plunger pump as the research object,grinds the friction surface of the distribution pair with different roughness,and uses numerical simulation and experiments to explore the influence and change law of the roughness on the tribological performance under different working conditions.The friction performance of distribution pair provides theoretical guidance.The specific research contents are as follows:Grind the surface of the distribution sub-sample with sandpaper,and measure it with a Taylor Hobson roughness profiler to obtain different surface roughness.The obtained roughness surface is observed by an OLYMPUS OLS3100 laser confocal scanning microscope and rough surface data are obtained.The engineering modeling software Geomagic Wrap processes the surface data to obtain a fluid domain model with a real surface roughness,and uses the method of CFD to study the effects of water film surface roughness,water film thickness,and sliding velocity changes on the velocity field,pressure field,The influence and change law of bearing capacity and friction coefficient,and the bearing mechanism and flow field characteristics of water film lubrication with rough surface are analyzed.The processed friction pair samples were soaked in seawater to simulate the working mode of the flow distribution pair for rotary friction and wear tests.316 L and CF/PEEK were used as dual samples.The friction surface of the lower sample CF/PEEK was polished to different roughnesses,and the upper sample was 316 L.The friction surface is ground to the same roughness,and the test is carried out on the MMD-5A friction and wear testing machine to explore the influence of different surface roughness of the sample on the friction and wear characteristics of the friction pair and the analysis of the friction mechanism.Processing a certain type of high-pressure seawater axial piston pump distribution pair sample,the cylinder liner made of SAF2507 stainless steel material is used as the upper sample,and CF/PEEK is still used as the lower sample of the flow distribution pair,and the upper samples are polished to different roughness The lower sample chooses two kinds of smooth plane and bionic non-smooth surface,and grinds different roughness on the two surfaces respectively,and uses the MMD-5A friction and wear testing machine to simulate the load condition of the real plunger pump distribution pair to explore Effect of roughness on frictional properties.According to the research results of this paper,it can provide a theoretical reference for the design of anti-friction and wear resistance of the distribution pair of high-pressure seawater axial piston pump. |
