With the growth of transportation demand,railway bridge,as an important part of railway traffic,is also developing,but at the same time,there are some problems such as difficult risk control,low management level.New technologies such as Building Information Modeling(BIM)and Virtual Reality(VR)have developed rapidly in recent years,which can play an important role in the safety control of railway bridge construction.Based on this,this thesis studies the risk management of bridge construction,and uses the information to conduct safety simulation of bridge construction through the bridge construction model.At the same time,VR technology is used to build virtual scenes of dangerous construction behaviors,so as to achieve the purpose of immersive construction experience.Finally,concrete application is made with examples.The research results of this thesis are as follows:(1)According to the current situation of bridge construction risk assessment,the bridge construction risk management is studied.Through the identification of potential risk sources,the risk assessment method of operating conditions is used to assess the risk sources,and the risk management measures are formulated.After summarizing the commonness of the measures,the theoretical basis for the construction of bridge construction safety simulation system is obtained.(2)The construction method of bridge construction simulation scene is studied.In Revit,rapid parametric modeling and automatic model assembly of bridge,layout design of construction area and model construction are realized based on Revit API.Based on various plug-ins of Unity,3D environment modeling and optimization of bridge construction are realized,and 3D scenes required for bridge construction simulation are established.(3)Aiming at the problem of material loss of Revit model in Unity,the integration method of Revit model under Unity environment is studied.By analyzing the structure and attribute information characteristics of Unity model and Revit model,the lightweight of Revit model in 3ds Max and the integration of identity information and material information in Unity are realized.The experience shows that the integration method is reliable and effective.(4)Developed a bridge construction safety simulation system based on BIM and VR.The framework and functional modules of the system are designed,the key VR technologies needed to realize the system functions are studied,and the functional modules such as webpage back-end safety information management,engineering information integration,equipment integration,personnel management,3D scene roaming,VR construction safety simulation are realized,providing a platform for the risk management and safety simulation of bridge construction.
