| In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s economy,urban traffic pressure is also increasing,and rail transit is a solution to alleviate travel pressure and promote green travel.Chengdu has already set up an ambitious medium and long-term subway construction plan,and it will build more than 2000 kilometers of metro rail transit by 2050.However,in the construction of subway,it often leads to construction safety problems,which leads to the threat of people’s property and life safety,and affects the speed of the promotion of rail transit mode.Therefore,strengthening the management of safety risk in subway construction becomes an urgent problem.This paper,based on the current research status of domestic and foreign research on the safety risk management of metro construction project,takes the 13 section of Chengdu Metro Line 5 as the engineering background,analyzes the safety risk factors during the construction process of the project,and makes a deep study on the safety risk management in the construction stage of the project.The problems to be solved in this paper are as follows:(1)Through the preliminary analysis of the project overview of the 13 section of Chengdu Metro Line 5,the paper makes a deep study and Analysis on the construction safety risk of the 13 section of Chengdu Metro Line 5 by using the expert investigation method,and obtains the list of the sources of construction safety risk.Based on the expert discussion results,through the corresponding construction safety risk identification method,the construction safety risk sources of 13 bid section of Chengdu Metro Line 5 are deeply identified,which is ready for the subsequent construction safety risk analysis.(2)The work risk decomposition method(WBS RBS)is used to identify the safety risk of subway construction.Firstly,the unit project is divided into work breakdown tree,and then the safety risk is systematically decomposed to form a safety risk decomposition tree.Finally,it is combined to carry out in-depth research one by one to prevent some safety risk elements from being missed and a list of construction risks is formed.The main sources of risk are obtained,including the surrounding environment,raw materials and accessories,construction methods,construction machinery,labor and construction organization management,and the list of construction safety risks of construction project of section 13 of Chengdu Metro Line 5 is established.The list has laid a foundation for risk assessment of the 13 bid section of Chengdu Metro Line 5.(3)The paper analyzes the safety risk factors in the process of metro construction,establishes the safety risk management evaluation system of section 13 of Chengdu Metro Line 5,determines the weight of safety risk factors by using expert investigation method and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,and evaluates the construction safety risk of section 13 of Chengdu Metro Line 5.It is found that the project manager,shield machine,reinforced concrete segment,special construction technical scheme,surrounding buildings,underground pipelines are the most important factors that cause construction risk.(4)Based on the actual situation of the construction project of section 13 of Chengdu Metro Line 5,combined with the construction risk evaluation results of the construction project,the paper puts forward targeted technical countermeasures for the construction risks caused by the construction organization and management structure,the construction risks caused by external construction environment and the construction risks caused by special construction technical schemes,,Finally,the standardized management system of safety risk of subway construction is established.In view of the construction risk caused by the construction organization and management structure,the construction risk can be reduced by establishing the construction safety risk response group and clarifying the responsibilities of the members of the construction project team.The section is divided into several building groups and railway lines,with close space and complex external construction environment.In view of the construction risk caused by external construction environment,the construction risk can be reduced by establishing construction safety risk response team and clarifying the responsibilities of construction project team members.In view of the construction risks caused by common special construction technical schemes,construction machinery and materials,this paper puts forward corresponding measures to avoid.This paper,through the evaluation,identification and evaluation of construction risk in the construction project of section 13 of Chengdu Metro Line 5,and combining with scientific construction risk management measures,gives reasonable risk management strategies,and then provides objective basis for the construction risk decision and management of all project participants in Chengdu Metro construction,It promotes the research and practice of risk management of Chengdu Metro construction project,reduces the impact of construction risk on the construction project,provides experience guidance and participation for the construction of Chengdu metro line,promotes the research and practice of risk management of Chengdu Metro construction project,and improves the risk management level
