| The highway toll system generates a large amount of toll data every day, detailing the timing of vehicle entry and exit from toll stations and vehicle traffic information, which has high accuracy and effectiveness. This thesis is based on highway traffic flow data and analyzes highway traffic volume from a time dimension to obtain the overall characteristics of traffic trips,as well as traffic characteristics in scenarios such as working and non working days.Simultaneously using density, hotspot, and cluster analysis to study the spatial distribution characteristics of highway traffic flow. And,based on the relationship between highway traffic flow and urban development status, explore the internal factors that contribute to the formation of traffic flow. The main research results and work of this article are as follows:(1)Based on the characteristics of big data on highway traffic flow, data preprocessing is carried out to eliminate issues such as data redundancy, missing data, and data errors to ensure data quality. And based on the basic information of vehicle traffic in highway toll data, identify features in scenarios such as overall, daily, and hourly traffic flow. And based on traffic flow parameters, speed flow of traffic flow are calculated, and the highway traffic flow is analyzed from the time dimension to identify the presentation trend of highway traffic flow in different time dimensions.(2)Based on the spatial distribution characteristics of highway traffic flow, analyze the spatial distribution characteristics of transportation facilities and traffic flow, and use Arc GIS to obtain the density map,OD map,and spatial clustering map of highway network and toll station distribution,as well as toll station and gantry traffic flow.Analyze and visualize the spatiotemporal fusion distribution characteristics of highway traffic flow.(3)To study the impact of highway traffic flow and urban development trends, the attenuation characteristics of travel time and travel distance of traffic flow are first judged based on the distance attenuation function.Furthermore, the Huff model was used to calculate the strength of urban economic connections within the study area, and a fusion analysis was conducted based on highway traffic flow. Finally, using the Geographically Weighted Regression(GWR)model, combined with factors such as total urban population, labor force,GDP(Gross Domestic Product),total retail sales of consumer goods, number of enterprises above designated size, and urban road area, this study explores the relationship between highway traffic flow and urban development, analyzes the correlation between highway traffic flow and urban development, and provides a basis for the coordinated development of highways and cities. |
