Research On Urban Furniture System Design Under The Symbol Of Regional Culture

With the rapid expansion of urban scale and space,there has been a great change in the city face.However,there are lack of cultural and systematic problems in urban furniture in the construction of urbanization.Explore how to use the regional cultural elements of Shanhaiguan to design urban furniture with regional cultural characteristics of Shanhaiguan,so as to assist the promotion of regional cultural industry and mining of traditional culture of Shanhaiguan.The urban furniture of a city should take "culture" as the core.If we cannot "take culture" as the core,then urban furniture will lose its meaning.Regional cultural symbol is the most representative cultural symbol of a city.Therefore,when designing urban furniture,it is not only necessary to use systematic methods to solve the disorder of urban furniture,but also to take regional culture as the guidance,dig deeply into regional cultural symbols,extract and apply them,and design systematic urban furniture with regional culture.This study started from the regional culture of Shanhaiguan Pass,took South Guancheng Road as the object of practice,combined with field research and POE analysis method,fully investigated and analyzed existing urban furniture such as leisure seats,garbage cans,guide boards,street lamps and tree Ciolitian Grate in South Guancheng Road,and summarized the problems of existing urban furniture in South Guancheng Road.The design strategy of Shanhaiguan regional cultural symbols applied to the urban furniture of Guancheng South Road is proposed.The existing urban furniture on South Guancheng Road is classified into seven design systems,the map of urban furniture on South Guancheng Road is drawn,and the point layout is carried out according to the plan.Select representative and key regional cultural elements,such as ancient city architecture,Great Wall culture,folk culture,food culture,extract elements from the reconstruction design,design urban furniture with regional cultural characteristics,and analyze the furniture system of seven cities.In order to solve Shanhaiguan South Road city furniture lack of systemic problems.Through the application and demonstration of Shanhaiguan regional cultural elements in the urban furniture design of Guancheng South Road,we can provide reference for Shanhaiguan urban furniture renewal and make a modest contribution to the search for regional culture and urban symbiosis.
