| The health monitoring system of the port stacker-reclaimer can respond to the abnormal vibration or strain of the structure in a timely manner,at the same time,it can accurately locate and identify the abnormal type,which has guiding significance for the structural safety,daily maintenance,and extended service life of the stacker-reclaimer.In recent years,optical fiber sensing technology has been widely used in structural health monitoring in various fields due to its advantages of anti-electromagnetism,small size,strong adaptability to the environment,light weight,etc.This kind of health monitoring technology based on optical fiber sensing is known as one of the most promising Structural health monitoring methods.Based on the background of the new technology development project of Hebei Port Group Inspection Technology Co.,Ltd.,the engineering research of port stacker-reclaimer health monitoring technology is carried out based on the fiber grating sensing technology,which accelerates the pace of port intelligent transformation and has important engineering experience and value.Firstly,according to the summary of and the current working status of port stacker-reclaimer,the design criteria of port stacker-reclaimer health monitoring are clarified,the port stacker-reclaimer health monitoring system based on fiber Bragg grating is designed,and the principle,application and advantages of fiber Bragg grating sensing technology are studied.Secondly,the finite element three-dimensional simplified model of QL6000.55 bucket wheel reclaimer is established,and its modal and strain simulation analysis is carried out.The specific installation location of the sensor of the system are determined based on the field situation and simulation data.Thirdly,on the basis of simulation,feasibility verification of the vibration module and temperature compensation module of the health monitoring system was conducted in the laboratory.Finally,according to the simulation of the health monitoring system of the reclaimer in the laboratory,the on-site installation and commissioning of the system were carried out in the reclaimer yard of the Ninth Port Company of Qinhuangdao Port Co.,Ltd.,and the system trial run was maintained for one year.Through the comparison and analysis of the real-time monitoring data and the simulation results,the system construction was optimized and improved synchronously,laying a foundation for the intelligent equipment management of the port stacker-reclaimer. |
