| Under the background of double carbon,the northern counties and towns with coalfired and gas-fired boilers urgently need to explore low-carbon,clean and economical heating methods.In this regard,combined with the resource endowment and load characteristics of the northern counties and towns,this paper proposes two centralized heating system models: “using the heating capacity of the county’s own small biomass combined heat and power plant” and “using the residual heating capacity of large combined heat and power plant”,which are used to solve the low-carbon clean heating demand in northern counties and towns.This paper focuses on the application of two central heating modes in northern counties and towns:Firstly,the heat source potential of small-scale biomass Combined heat and power plant in northern China and the residual heating capacity of large-scale Combined heat and power plant are investigated and analyzed.The feasibility of implementing two centralized heating modes in northern counties and towns is analyzed from the perspective of supply and demand balance.Secondly,the heat supply analysis model of the whole working condition during the heating period,the heat network quality adjustment temperature analysis model and the mathematical model of the multi-heat source heat network water cascade heating system are established,and the multi-objective evaluation index and method covering energy efficiency,carbon emission and economy are proposed,which provides a theoretical basis for the optimal design of the two central heating modes.Then,aiming at the heat source of small biomass Combined heat and power plant,this paper constructs a multi-heat source heating network water cascade heating system based on high back pressure and absorption heat pump technology.Taking 2×50MW biomass Combined heat and power plant unit as an example,the influence of key parameters on the configuration,energy efficiency and economy of the new heating system is analyzed,and the optimal integration law of the system is obtained.In view of the large-scale Combined heat and power plant heat source,this paper puts forward the idea of using the long-distance pipeline to supply heat along the way,and establishes the economic analysis and calculation model of long-distance pipeline opening heating.Taking 2×DN1400 long-distance pipeline as an example,the economy of long-distance heating pipeline opening for heating along the county and town is analyzed.Finally,this paper takes the heating of the four towns in the southwest of Taiyuan City as a case prototype.According to the characteristics of geographical location distribution and resource endowment,the low-carbon clean heating solution of the four towns is planned and designed.The feasibility of the two centralized heating modes proposed in this paper is verified from the perspectives of supply and demand balance,energy efficiency,carbon emission and economy. |
