Ship industry is one of the pillar industries in China,but the automation degree of ship repair industry in China is low at present.Aiming at this,this thesis designs an automatic device that can be applied to paint the surface of large hull to improve the efficiency of ship repair.The device is mainly composed of mobile trolley,telescopic mechanical arm and swing rod.The painting process is completed by the movement of the trolley,the expansion and contraction of the mechanical arm and the swing of the pendulum.Main work contents:First,the advantages and disadvantages of the current large hull automatic painting device are summarized,and based on the analysis and design requirements,the overall design scheme of the device is put forward.Then according to the design requirements,the overall structure of the automatic painting device design,complete the motor and hydraulic cylinder and other executive components of the selection of calculation,mechanical arm and lift car chassis and other structural design.Second,according to the results of the design on the structural stability analysis,analysis of the dock repair paint increases the working condition of the car,based on the theoretical analysis of the load of the finite element method,to determine the load size and boundary conditions,finally complete the boom structure by use of ANSYS software,the strength,stiffness and modal analysis of statics analysis,Verify the rationality and feasibility of the design results.Third,the thinking of dock repair paint rise car work generally located in the sea or the river,the working conditions generally accompanied by strong winds and other extreme weather,so based on fluid mechanics in the turbulent flow field three-dimensional physical model to establish mechanical arm model,by using FLUENT software of mechanical arm under different wind speed under the condition of stress strain and displacement deformation analysis of fluid-structure interaction,The stability and reliability of the device are verified.Finally,based on the principle of multi-rigid-body dynamics analysis,increase vehicle dynamics analysis equation,then using the ADAMS software to build up virtual prototype,mechanical arm to lift out and recycling for two kinds of unloading condition to analyze movement process,chassis system force and displacement of main parts,and through the analysis of simulation results,It is verified that the chassis system of automatic painting equipment designed in this thesis can run reliably,and the painting job of the lacquer lifting vehicle is stably completed under the condition of 10 strong wind and 12 strong wind.
