Building Maintenance Units are used to clean the glass curtain walls of high-rise buildings and are high-altitude manned equipment,so companies attach great importance to the safety of Building Maintenance Units and demand a remote monitoring and management system for Building Maintenance Units.Since the Building Maintenance Units is designed according to the building structure,the structure type is diverse,which increases the difficulty of developing the remote monitoring management system and limits its application.To address this problem,we developed a web-based general-purpose remote monitoring and control system for Building Maintenance Units with the help of parametric design,thus reducing the development difficulty and increasing the usage rate of the monitoring system.The main work is as follows:Overall analysis of Building Maintenance Units types and working actions,study of Building Maintenance Units control system composed of Programmable Logic Controller(PLC),determination of the overall structure of Building Maintenance Units remote monitoring management system,including Human Machine Interface(HMI),serial server server and remote monitoring management website.For the goal of monitoring different enterprises’ Building Maintenance Units,we propose that the server can remotely collect data from different Building Maintenance Units PLCs and the website can be applied to different enterprises’ needs.From the perspective of PLC port names as parameters,we design a scheme to collect PLC data,build a parameterized server,and develop a parameter management tool for PLC port names.Using HMI as a data transit tool,the server remotely acquires PLC data within HMI through TCP/IP(Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol)communication protocol and serial port server to realize remote acquisition of PLC data.A database is established in the server to build the system running environment and provide support for the system’s functions.On the basis of the parameterized server,develop a universal Building Maintenance Units remote monitoring and management website based on the front and back-end separation model.The website uses Internet technology to interact with the server to realize the functions of custom home page,user and equipment management,equipment monitoring and diagnosis,fault statistics and analysis,maintenance records,etc.,and finally completes the development of the universal Building Maintenance Units remote monitoring and management system.For the problem of tedious and difficult operation of building the system,according to the manual deployment process of each component in the system,we write automation scripts based on Auto It software and develop server operation environment management software using C# language to finally realize the automatic construction of system operation environment and data backup.By developing a parameterized server and a universal Building Maintenance Units remote monitoring and management website,enterprises can use parameter management tools to convert this system into their own dedicated system,reducing the difficulty of developing remote monitoring systems and effectively improving the economic efficiency of enterprises. |
