| Passenger car is the main tools of Chinese highway passenger transport,due to the characteristics of high center of mass and large mass,when encountering emergency steering and other situations,it is more likely to roll over than other vehicles,affecting the life safety of passengers.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the anti-rollover technology of passenger car to improve the safety of passenger car.This thesis studies the anti-rollover technology of passenger car based on active suspension,builds a dynamic model of passenger car rollover and a Trucksim passenger car model,establishes a passenger car rollover warning algorithm and an active suspension anti-rollover control algorithm,performs anti-rollover control,and improves the driving stability of the passenger car.The main research contents of this thesis include:(1)The three-degree-of-freedom rollover model and the nine-degree-of-freedom vehicle model of the passenger car were established,and the passenger car model was built by using Trucksim software.Under sinusoidal working conditions,the nine-degree-of-freedom vehicle model and the Trucksim passenger car model were simulated,and the lateral roll angle,lateral acceleration and yaw angle velocity of the passenger car were compared and analyzed,which proves that the nine-degree-of-freedom passenger car model can accurately reflect the motion state of the passenger car.(2)The reasons for the rollover of the passenger car were analyzed,and the influencing factors of the rollover of the passenger car were analyzed by using the rollover stability factor and the nine-degree-of-freedom vehicle model of the passenger car.The dynamic lateral load transfer rate and the rollover warning time of passenger car were studied,and the passenger car rollover warning algorithm was proposed,and the lateral load transfer rate and rollover warning time of passenger car were compared and analyzed under angular step conditions,which proves the effectiveness of the passenger car rollover warning algorithm.(3)The principle of active suspension anti-rollover control was analyzed,the active suspension fuzzy PID controller and active suspension sliding mode controller were designed,the active suspension control force distributor was established,and a joint simulation model of the continuous anti-rollover control system of the passenger car was built through Trucksim,and the influence of different active suspension controllers on the rollover stability of the passenger car was analyzed under the sinusoidal working condition and the double-shift driving condition,and the results showed that the anti-rollover control effect of the active suspension sliding mode controller was better.(4)A joint simulation model of the anti-rollover control system of passenger car based on early warning was constructed,and the influence of anti-rollover control and continuous antirollover control based on early warning on the driving stability of passenger car was analyzed under the fishhook steering condition and angular step input condition.The results show that the anti-rollover control system based on early warning and the continuous anti-rollover control system using sliding mode controller can improve the driving stability of passenger car,but the former has low energy consumption and equipment utilization rate,and has stronger practicality. |
