| At present,our country’s economic and social development is marching toward the "three new and one high".As the first core competitiveness in the final sense of an enterprise,enterprise culture should implement the "three new and one high" requirement,enter the new development stage,adhere to new development concepts,construct new development pattern,and finally base on high-quality development.Corporate culture is a supportive element and a derivative of the company’s development.Corporate culture can improve the economic benefits of electric power enterprises,create a good internal cultural atmosphere,and play a stimulating role in the enterprise staff,so that they can be actively involved in the work.Corporate culture plays an irreplaceable role in its process.Excellent corporate culture will promote the continuous improvement of employees’ ideology,behavior habits and internal cohesion,so that employees can identify with the overall values and development strategy of the enterprise,and consciously create a sense of belonging and pride.And on this basis,conscientiously perform their own responsibilities and tasks,so as to promote the core competitiveness of enterprises to constantly improve.In the research of this paper,the enterprise culture construction of State Grid Z power company is taken as the research object.Based on the analysis of existing problems,the problem-solving strategies are proposed to solve a series of unfavorable factors affecting the enterprise culture construction of State Grid Z power company.In the research,the Quine competition model is introduced,mainly from the selection and diagnosis of Quine competition model,the improvement and application results of Quine competition model,etc.The research results show that there are many problems in the construction of enterprise culture of State Grid Z power company,such as low efficiency of motivation,lack of teamwork spirit,lack of humani Zed management,and weak customer service awareness.In the end,the article puts forward some strategies to promote the construction of corporate culture of State Grid Z power company,such as cultivating cultural incentives and innovation,improving team spirit,implementing humani Zed management mechanism,and improving customer service awareness. |
