Employee retention and the enterprise culture is our country private enterprise widespread problems,two short board in actual business activities of the enterprise,at the same time often can appear the two problems,eventually lead to affect the normal development of the enterprise.Academic circles agree that management is given priority to with people and culture,through constructing excellent enterprise culture,create a harmonious and positive working environment will improve employee job satisfaction in enterprises,thereby lowering employee intention.This study based on the Z construction company culture status was studied,the problem of the Z construction of the corporate culture is discussed in this paper,through improve Z construction company enterprise culture and better retention of employees.Based on the analysis and study of relevant literature and theories of enterpriseculture at home and abroad,this paper combined with the cultural characteristics of th-e construction industry,made a survey and research on the cultural status of Z constr-uction company.Based on DMOC model of Z part-time enterprise culture were meas-ured,after about 215 recycling effective questionnaire,statistics and analysis from th e dimension of 12 to diagnose Z construction current situation of the company’s cultu-re.through the analysis of measurement data,and comprehensive staff interviews,th-is article found that the Z enterprise in such aspects as enterprise vision shortcoming-s,these deficiencies and cause the employees are not satisfied,and erosion is the mai-n reason.Aiming at the problems in enterprise culture,this paper puts forward some measures for improvement from the perspective of employee retention.From the pers-pectives of concept,system and material,the existing strategies are adjusted,and spe-cific theories and methods are provided for constructing new cultural strategies.Clea-r company development direction,in view of Z company strategic goals and planning to ensure that the next step of the construction of the culture at the core of the strate-gic target,for staff retention of Z company to improve enterprise culture construction,enhance enterprise competitiveness,improve enterprise economic benefit,for enter prises to implement effective cultural construction scheme provides some decisions.
