In order to satisfy the diversified market demand and reduce the production cost,the modern design concept requires that the functions of highway refrigerated trucks must be further improved on the basis of the existing functions of traditional refrigerated trucks.Therefore,this thesis will analyze and summarize the knowledge and resources of structural design and manufacturing of refrigerated truck products,and combine the secondary development technology and digital development concept to develop a rapid design system suitable for van refrigerated truck.(1)Through the comprehensive analysis of product order,product design scheme and product structure design and other information,in-depth discussion of the importance of van refrigerated truck design and system development demand analysis.On this basis,the basic process and method of designing van refrigerated truck in the design system are given.At the same time,combining with the existing design materials and knowledge resources of enterprises,the knowledge information of refrigerated truck product design is stored in the form of database,which provides data support and preparation for the rapid design system development of refrigerated truck products.(2)Aiming at the low reuse efficiency of current design resources of enterprises,a fast design method of refrigerated truck order cases based on design knowledge database is proposed.Through the combination of analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and nearest neighbor algorithm,data types in order cases are decomposed and extracted,and information is matched according to the similarity of data of numerical type and textual type.The weight values between design attribute feature items and order cases were defined by consistency evaluation to improve the accuracy and efficiency of similar order cases required by refrigerated truck design.(3)Research on the engineering analysis process of the underframe,a key load-bearing component in the refrigerated vehicle manufacturing industry.By combining the data information provided by the above knowledge database and through the secondary development of the Simulation analysis plug-in in Solid Works,the design and engineering analysis process of the enterprise is standardized and solidified.In this way,the automation of underframe structure analysis and the integration of refrigerated car structure design and analysis can be realized.The automatic output of engineering analysis results can be obtained through parameter input,which can reduce manual interactive operation and improve the reliability and accuracy of design results.The application of this technology can enable enterprises to obtain higher benefits and competitiveness in the design and engineering analysis of refrigerated trucks.And use configurable module variant technology to achieve rapid design of 3D models for similar refrigerated trucks.(4)Based on the development and application of the above key technologies,combined with the actual production situation of the business,this system makes the VB.NET assembler language based on Visual Studio 2012 platform to carry out the secondary development of Solid Works 2020 p03 version of 3D design software and complete the construction of the system.The system can realize the recommendation of similar order cases,the design of specific structure and configuration of refrigerated truck design requirements.At the same time,it can verify the structural strength of key load-bearing underframe components,improve the design accuracy of designers and reduce the duplication of labor.In addition,other auxiliary design functions have been developed according to enterprise needs,such as material statistics,bringing more opportunities and advantages for enterprise production and development.
