| The highway sweeper is an important equipment in highway cleaning operation.It can greatly reduce the labor intensity and improve the quality of operation.The working parameters of the cleaning mechanism directly affect the working efficiency of the highway sweeper.In order to ensure the working efficiency of highway sweeper,it is necessary to keep the working parameters of the cleaning mechanism within a reasonable range.Therefore,the remote monitoring system of the working device of the highway sweeper is studied to realize real-time monitoring of the working parameters of the highway sweeper.At the same time,according to the cleaning effect,the parameters of the working device are optimized and adjusted,in order to improve the working efficiency of the sweeper and reduce unnecessary losses.Firstly,the performance of the working device of the highway sweeper is analyzed,and the main factors affecting the cleaning efficiency of the sweeper are the speed of the working device and the ground pressure.Since the ground pressure of disc brush and roller brush cannot be measured directly,the load condition is reflected indirectly by measuring the height of working device.According to the monitoring parameters,the functional requirements of the monitoring system are analyzed,and the overall scheme of the monitoring system is studied and designed.C/S architecture is selected as the system deployment architecture.The design of remote monitoring system of working device of the highway sweeper is mainly carried out from the data acquisition terminal,data wireless transmission terminal and monitoring platform of working device.By comparing the performance parameters of ultrasonic,infrared and laser sensors,the ultrasonic sensor is selected to collect the height of the working device,and the Hall sensor and GPS module are selected to collect the speed of the working device and the position information of the sweeper.After processing the data collected by the sensor and GPS module,the controller uploads the data to the monitoring platform through the 4G DTU module.According to the requirements of the system,the monitoring platform is designed,so that the operating parameters of the highway sweeper working device and the position of the vehicle can be displayed in real time.At the same time,MySQL is used to create the database of the system to store the operating parameters of the highway sweeper working device,and the historical data of the working device can be queried through the monitoring platform interface.Finally,the highway sweeper working device monitoring system is tested.The experiment shows that the function of each module of the remote monitoring system of the highway sweeper working device can be realized.Moreover,the response speed of the system is fast,stable and reliable,and it can realize the real-time transmission of the data of the highway sweeper working device,which lays a foundation for improving the working quality of the highway sweeper. |
