With the accelerated process of urbanization and increasing places of business district, industrial areas and residential areas, ground cleaning work is increasingly heavy. Manual cleaning is not suitable for large area cleaning because of it’s large labor intensity, low efficiency and high cost. The implementation of mechanized cleaning becomes an inevitable trend. In recent years, the introduction of sweeping cars reduced the cleaning work pressure partly, however, there are also some problems such as:a large number of equipment are imported products, highly cost; most equipment have single function; a lot of sweeping cars are easy to cause secondary pollution during cleaning; there are little small and medium-sized sweepers, can’t adapt to the cleaning of large indoor spaces. So the design and promotion of the economical, multi-functional and environmental protection machine has the extremely vital significance.In view of the above problems, through the analysis of the structure and working principle of sweeping cars and washing cars, according to the working environment and cleaning requirements, combining the low carbon environmental protection idea, a new cleaning sweeper car is designed which can complete sweeping and washing once.The car is mainly composed of frame, sweeping disc, suction nozzle, dust removing box, fan, water pump, brush plate, squeegee, suction motor, hydraulic station, drive motor and other components. In the process of working, sweeping disc sweeps the garbage to the suction mouth, after this, the fan inhales the dust into box by using sub-atmospheric pressure. At the same time, the water pump provides water to brush plate to wash the ground, and then the waste water is inhaled to the box by squeegee. The car, combining sweeping and washing in a whole, can avoid the trouble of sweeping first mopping second by human cleaning and reduce labor intensity of workers.Conduct an orthogonal test for influence factors of cleaning performance, and find the primary and secondary factors and the optimal combination between the factors, and provide the reference for the choice of working parameters. Conduct the calculation of the parameters of pneumatic conveying system and provide theoretical basis for the simulation of the dust removing system.The design of dust removing system is the key to ensure the cleaning vehicle performance. The design adopts a composite dust removing principle which combines gravity dust removing with inertia dust removing and spray dust removing by using waste water for spray dust removing creatively. Study the air flow field and motion law of the dust in the dust removing box and analysis and contrast the dust escaping condition under the situation of using waste water or not by using the CFD software FLUENT to simulate the dust removing system. Study shows that the structural design of the dust removing box is reasonable, and the use of waste water can reduce the dust emission effectively.
