With the increasingly serious problem of environmental pollution, the development of urban traffic and the life of urban residents have been seriously affected, and the loss of passenger flow is serious. As an important means of daily travel, public transport provides a new way to solve the problem of environmental pollution and passenger flow loss of urban traffic. And bus dispatching is one of the hot topics in the research.Domestic and foreign studies on the optimization of bus scheduling in terms of departure schedule and departure frequency have never stopped.Due to the complex time-varying traffic information in the process of vehicle operation, the real-time performance of bus operation is poor and the arrival time of vehicles is not fixed.Bus dispatching can not meet the travel needs of passengers in time, resulting in the loss of bus passenger flow.In order to make up for the shortcomings of traditional bus operation and effectively meet the needs of passengers for the on-time rate of bus travel, this paper proposes a bus scheduling research method based on Integrated traffic information. This paper firstly studies the traffic information factors that affect bus scheduling and studies the distribution characteristics of bus passenger flow from the perspective of time and space. This paper processed 280,000 historical data of bus passenger flow within a month of traffic survey and analyzed the time distribution of peak and peak periods of passenger flow by K-means clustering algorithm. On this basis, the changing regularity of bus passengers’ boarding rate and getting rate in rush hour is studied. At the same time, the analysis of the delay factors at the intersection preliminarily shows that the delay time at the intersection occupies18.8% of the total bus operation time.It is concluded that the two traffic information factors that have the greatest influence on bus scheduling are the characteristics of passenger flow distribution and the delay factor of signal-controlled intersection.Based on the distribution law of passenger flow and the fixed speed of vehicles, this paper analyzes the waiting time, onboard time and bus running time of passengers including the delay time at the intersection. Then, based on the introduction of time cost coefficient, the paper establishes a static scheduling model aiming at the optimal total time cost of passengers and bus companies. In this paper, adaptive genetic algorithm(AGA)is used to solve the minimum total time cost under the optimal departure interval of bus static scheduling.Based on the dynamic change of actual passenger flow, this paper explores the Poisson distribution mechanism of delay time at signalcontrolled intersections.By integrating passenger flow and signal-controlled intersection delay factors to change the real-time speed of bus operation, this paper analyzes passenger travel time and vehicle travel time and establishes a dynamic scheduling model based on Integrated traffic information, which is the optimal total time cost between passengers and bus companies. The paper calculates the optimal time cost under the optimal running speed of public transport. Finally, this paper takes Xi ’an Route 225 as an example to analyze the influence of static and dynamic scheduling on the total time cost of bus companies and passengers. The results show that compared with original scheduling and static scheduling, the total time cost of dynamic scheduling is reduced by 22.05% and 1.96% respectively, and the time cost of passengers waiting for the train is reduced by 33.75% and 28.75% respectively. The results show that changing the real-time vehicle speed can effectively reduce the total time cost of passengers and bus companies by combining the characteristics of passenger flow distribution with the delay time of signal-controlled intersection. At the same time,it can reduce passengers’ waiting time and improve the quality of bus service.
