The bus scheduling is the core content of public transport operation management and function,the key of improving the service quality and the efficiency of bus operation to public transportation attraction is the optimal design of bus scheduling system and its scheduling strategy.Because of its changeable operating environment in actual operation,the optimal scheduling is not necessarily applicable to the next scheduling.It is possible to collect real time data in transit system with the application and development of some advanced technologies in the field of transportation.So,in this paper,passenger request,information fusion and other technologies are integrated into the field of public transportation,This paper mainly studies the method of real-time bus scheduling under the condition of the new bus dispatching system.This paper analyzes the basic relationship between the current bus scheduling model and static and dynamic scheduling,and the dynamic scheduling strategy and its characteristics are studied.Put forward the goal to achieve after combining with the current bus scheduling problems.On this basis,the structure of a new bus scheduling system is constructed,the new bus scheduling model based on real-time information is designed,innovative design of some functional modules,it provides the function of each module and its workflow at the same time.It builds a real-time bus departure model under the background of real time window,the model is used to solve the problem of Harbin 103 bus based on genetic algorithm with Matlab.In order to further adapt to the changing needs of passenger flow,we add the design of shuttle bus on the basis of the dynamic model,the whole car and shuttle bus departure mixed model was build.In order to optimize the real-time bus stop problem in each site,a general scheduling model of beyond station in real time was build based on the fusion of passenger request and in vehicle information,Genetic algorithm is used to solve the problem to compare the applicability of the model.The research shows that the real time program based on the time window reduce the total passenger waiting time by 684 s in a planning cycle 30 min compared to the original plan,which improve operational efficiency.The scheduling strategy of beyond station in real time cut the delays in passengers and bus companies by 10.32% by comparing with dock on the all sites.The above results indicate that the intelligent scheduling system and scheduling strategy proposed in this paper can meet the double benefits of passengers and bus companies,and can better meet the needs of passengers for bus travel.Which provides a theoretical basis for realtime bus scheduling under the condition of advanced technology.
