| At present,people’s demand for the quality of public space in urban high-density residential areas is constantly increasing.Scene theory provides a new perspective for this study.By summarizing the construction mode of public space in high-density residential areas,analyzing the material and spiritual characteristics contained in its construction objectives,and coupling the subjective and objective systems in scene theory,this paper explores the construction strategy of public space in high-density residential areas.On the basis of following the principle of adapting measures to different characteristics,local conditions and seasons,this paper proposes five strategies to improve the quality of public space in urban high-density residential areas,including spatial unit design,amenity imp lantation,spatial sequence organization,residents’ participation and characteristic activities.On the one hand,to understand the theories and practices of public space design in high-density residential areas at home and abroad,summarize the basic design theories,main generation modes and construction objectives of the existing public space in high-density residential areas,and find out the problems and areas to be improved in public space design in social high-density residential areas of Northern Jiangsu through investigation and analysis.On the other hand,to summarize the research direction and application methods of scene theory.In addition,based on the research perspective of scene theory,using the fit relationship between the public space construction and scene theory of high-density residential areas in terms of the value system and the intervention methods,the scene theory is involved in the space design from the material space level and the spiritual culture level respectively,so as to put forward the scene construction strategies and design guidelines at specific levels.Finally,under the background of practical cases,taking the practice project in Xuzhou City in Northern Jiangsu Province as an example,under the guidance of the concept of derealestate,the concept of neighborhood communication,the concept of whole-age community,and the principle of habitating and adapting to different characteristics,local conditions and seasons,spatial unit design strategy,spatial sequence organization strategy and whole-age residents participation strategy are used to solve problems.Under the premise of making full use of limited land resources,we should improve the living quality and strive to build livable high-density residential areas. |
