With the comprehensive development of China’s urban transportation road network, viaducts have become an important part of urban transportation, and while they effectively relieve urban traffic congestion, they also bring land tension and lack of public space to cities.Under the trend of optimizing spatial layout and fine urban management, the improvement and utilization of the space attached to urban viaducts has become an important issue. Therefore,it is an important measure to improve the quality of life of residents by combining climatology and landscape studies to improve the comfort of the environment and create a highly utilized accessory space. In this paper, objective data of meteorological factors such as air temperature, wind speed and relative humidity are measured and subjective data are collected by questionnaires for the winter climate. The subjective data and objective data were evaluated and analyzed, and the results of the study were as follows.(1)The ranking of the degree of meteorological factors affecting human comfort was obtained by multiple regression analysis: air temperature > wind speed > relative humidity. The model superimposed to obtain the range of meteorological factors: when the air temperature reaches about 15℃,relative humidity reaches about 59% and wind speed reaches about 0.8m/s,it meets the standard of "very comfortable" zone of human comfort.(2)Screening landscape characteristics factors and determining their influence degree through correlation and multiple regression analysis: plant community structure > shrub height > plant layout > distance from the river > average crown width of tree layer > average height of tree layer > plant enclosure > building enclosure, specific heat capacity > solar radiation reflection coefficient > solar radiation absorption coefficient.(3)Curve regression fitting of the screened data was conducted to determine the optimal range of landscape characteristics: the average height of shrub layer was close to 90cm-120 cm,the average height of tree layer was 6m-7m,the average canopy width of tree layer was 3.4m-5m,the plant enclosure was 33%-45%,and the building enclosure was close to 45%-48%;and the more complex the plant community structure and plant layout, the more distant from the river the lower bedding surface was.The more complex the plant community structure and plant layout, the farther away from the river, the smaller the specific heat capacity of the substrate material, the higher the absorption coefficient of solar radiation, and the lower the reflection coefficient, the more favorable to the improvement of human comfort.Based on the research results of human comfort,we propose the optimization strategy for the landscape of the viaduct appurtenant space, and select the evidence site for landscape optimization design. Finally, the feasibility of the optimization strategy is verified through software simulation analysis. In order to further improve the landscape optimization strategy of the viaduct appendage space and effectively improve the human comfort of the viaduct appendage space in winter.
