Community Activity Center Based On Space Transformation Of Old Industrial Buildings Design Research

Under the background of my country’s "retreat from two to three" industrial structure upgrading and sustainable development strategy,it is inevitable to reuse the old industrial building space with reserved value.However,the mode and direction of assimilation did not really activate the site vitality of old industrial buildings.Community public space can no longer meet its requirements.The old industrial building space located near the residential area can be used as a space carrier for the function of the community activity center in the new era.It can not only solve the plight of residents’ unsatisfied needs,but also make residents generate Sense of belonging and identity,increase community cohesion to better build a harmonious community.Based on this,this article chooses the design and research of the community activity center for the space transformation of old industrial buildings as the theme.The interior space is the main place for residents’ activities,and the transformation research of the interior space is the top priority of the entire transformation design.Through the analysis of the reuse value of the old industrial building space,the spirit of the place contained in it,as well as the characteristics and components of the space,in order to have a basic understanding of it.Introduce the origin of the community activity center and the development status at home and abroad,summarize the problems existing in the community activity center in my country at present,sort out its functional composition and characteristics,and summarize the design influencing factors.By taking the existing renovation practice cases as the research object,it summarizes its space renovation,function renewal and atmosphere creation methods.At the same time,it also sorts out the suitability of transforming the old industrial building space into a community activity center from the front,and puts forward the principles and strategies of the transformation.The article finally draws the design method of community activity center based on the space transformation of old industrial buildings.The first part is the method of spatial organization,that is,the reintegration of internal space and the expansion of internal space.The second part is the functional composite method is divided into three types,the same space function multi-translation,moving components on-demand partition and organization time open partition.The third part puts forward specific ways to shape the space atmosphere from the aspects of material,structure,color,light and shadow,interface and texture.Finally,the development trend of community activity centers based on the space transformation of old industrial buildings is summarized.This article hopes to provide a reference for future related types of renovation practices by conducting a comprehensive overview of the interior space design of community activity centers based on the space renovation of old industrial buildings...
