| A model of development that employs cutting-edge technologies such as virtual reality,integrated digital,virtual simulation,and artificial intelligence to digitize and intelligentize production,service,management,and governance processes in multiple areas of society is referred to as an intelligent digital society.Since China first proposed the "13th Five Year Plan" to vigorously promote the development of intelligent digital technology in 2016,China has gradually made various advanced technological breakthroughs and progress in the field of intelligent digital technology.At the end of 2018,China introduced its first policy document aimed at strengthening research on "virtual reality" technology,which demonstrates China’s application and importance to the development of the intelligent digital industry.During the period from 2020 to 2021,China issued a series of relevant policies on deepening intelligent digital technology,such as the "Opinions on Promoting the High Quality Development of the Digital Industry".In February of 2023,China issued the "Overall Layout Plan for the Construction of Digital China" and a notice,necessitating that all regions and departments adhere to its implementation in accordance with actual circumstances,in order to augment the profound utilization of intelligent digital technology in numerous areas in China.The characteristics of intelligent digital society include efficient flow of information flow and value flow,enhanced scientific and technological innovation and industrial synergy,efficient use of social resources and personalized services.This social model’s implementation can catalyze advancement and growth in economic,political,cultural,and other realms.The concept of intelligent digitization has gradually integrated and developed with multiple traditional fields such as architectural design,industrial production,education and training,medical and health,commercial business,and cultural entertainment,playing a significant role in unleashing the innovative vitality of traditional industries and comprehensively promoting the development of intelligent digitization in society.By combining building information integration and virtual reality technology(hereinafter referred to as BIM+VR technology),this topic seeks to guide the design,operation,and maintenance management of buildings.Through literature survey,case analysis,and other methods,it examines the influence of BIM+VR on architectural space design,construction operation,and maintenance,and summarizes the benefits and innovation.The integration of BIM+VR technology and artistic design in architectural space design is being encouraged by the implementation of BIM+VR technology,with the aim of accelerating the effect of technological iteration.industry.The main research content of the project is as follows:Firstly,on the premise of fully understanding the development direction of BIM+VR technology and the current innovation of BIM+VR technology,data analysis and summary of BIM+VR technology are conducted,and the characteristics and advantages of BIM+VR technology are sorted out to prepare for the study of the application of BIM+VR technology in architectural space design.Secondly,using case studies as a carrier,this study analyzes architectural cases designed using BIM+VR technology both domestically and internationally.The traditional architectural space design methods based on modeling software and hand drawn sketches are compared horizontally with BIM+VR technology based architectural space design methods.It is found that BIM+VR technology has benefits in multiple aspects such as data integration,operation and maintenance,and modular replication for architectural space design,Finally,the design principles of combining BIM+VR technology in material selection,prefabricated component design,construction details,spatial color matching effects,and other aspects were summarized.Finally,based on the specific design scheme and the author’s graduation project as an example,an empirical study is conducted on the architectural space design based on BIM+VR technology to verify the benefits of BIM+VR technology in the architectural space design scheme,and an application effect analysis is conducted.The application of BIM+VR technology in spatial design will enhance the intelligence and sustainability of buildings,and the emergence of building spatial design solutions using BIM+VR technology will in turn have some directional impact on the way intelligent digital technology intervenes in spatial design direction.The relationship between the two can be said to be complementary.The fundamental purpose of this project is to verify the feasibility of the concept of intelligent digitization in architectural space design by studying and practicing the application of BIM+VR technology in architectural space design,thereby promoting the comprehensive update of intelligent digitization in various fields of society in China. |
