Mandrel type liquid gas buffer is widely used in the impact protection between heavy machinery and equipment,which is an important production safety equipment.Due to the late start of the buffer industry in China,the existing mandrel type liquid-gas buffer products in our market are mainly imitation of foreign products.At present,most manufacturers mainly design the product structure through experience,and have not made clear the influence law of each design parameter of the buffer on its performance,and lack of effective simulation method for the complete working process of mandrel type liquid-gas buffer.To solve the above problems,this thesis conducted the following research:In order to better reflect the actual working condition of the mandrel type liquid-gas buffer and explore the influence law of various design parameters on the performance of the buffer,taking the mandrel type liquid-gas buffer under horizontal impact condition as the research object,combined with the knowledge of fluid mechanics and mechanical dynamics,the mathematical model of the buffering process of the mandrel type liquid-gas buffer was established according to its structure and working principle.The effects of impact conditions,throttling ring joint parameters,high pressure cylinder radius and hydraulic oil viscosity on cushioning performance and damping coefficient were analyzed by numerical simulation.In view of the limitations of existing simulation methods,a mandrel type liquid-gas buffer simulation model is established for the first time by using AMESim software.The simulation results are highly consistent with the numerical calculation results,which proves the rationality and accuracy of the simulation model and mathematical model,and effectively improves the buffer-reset simulation method.The factors influencing the reset time of mandrel type liquid gas buffer are analyzed.In order to optimize the buffer performance,a structural optimization program of mandrel-type liquid-gas buffer was written based on genetic algorithm.Key structural parameters were set as optimization variables,and optimization objective functions based on the difference between the actual optimization efficiency and the ideal value were established.The optimization results showed that: After the optimization,the buffer efficiency and buffer process stability of the mandrel-type liquid-gas buffer are obviously improved.Based on the above research,this thesis improves the theoretical research of mandrel type liquid-gas buffer,analyzes the influence of design parameters on its performance,establishes an effective simulation model of buffer buffer-reset process,and optimizes the structure of mandrel type liquid gas buffer based on the above research.The above research provides an effective solution to the existing problems in structure design,simulation and performance optimization of mandrel buffer,and has certain application value and prospect.
