In the early stage of research on hybrid electric vehicle,control algorithm was the main research direction.With the deepening of research on hybrid electric vehicles,vibration related problems have been paid more attention,especially the vibration research of multi-mode hybrid transmission.In this thesis,the multi-mode hybrid transmission as the research object,combining the theoretical calculation and simulation technology,the internal excitation,natural characteristics and vibration response characteristics of the analysis,and analysis of the micro modification of the gear and its impact on the vibration of the hybrid transmission,on the basis of ensuring the life of the gear,the micro modification of the gear reduces the vibration of the multi-mode hybrid transmission.The specific research content of this thesis is as follows:Firstly,according to the transmission form of multi-mode hybrid transmission,the conceptual model and detailed model of multi-mode hybrid transmission are established by using Romax software,and the intensity of shaft,bearing and gear are checked and analyzed by combining the load of working conditions,and the correctness of relevant parameter settings affecting the normal transmission of gear transmission system is verified in the modeling process.The multi-mode hybrid transmission can complete the normal transmission.Secondly,the transmission path and excitation source of vibration noise of multi-mode hybrid transmission are analyzed from the vibration mechanism of gear transmission,the pure torsional model and the translation-torsional coupling dynamics model of planetary gear set are established,and the differential equations of motion are listed.Moreover,the meshing error and meshing stiffness in the static transmission error of planetary gear set are simulated and calculated.The peak frequency in the frequency domain is obtained by analyzing the dynamic transmission error of planetary gear group meshing transmission.Then,the modal compliance analysis and modal analysis of the multi-mode hybrid transmission are carried out,and the meshing frequency of the planetary gear set is calculated,and then the vibration response analysis of the multi-mode hybrid transmission is carried out,and the meshing characteristics of the gear,the vibration characteristics of the shaft and the dynamic force of the bearing are obtained.At the same time,the working deformation of the multi-mode hybrid transmission is analyzed,and the deformation of the system at a certain time under the excitation frequency is analyzed,and the solar wheel bearing and the inner gear ring bearing are taken as the input point of the excitation and the output point of the response to analyze the frequency response function of the multi-mode hybrid transmission.Finally,on the basis of analyzing the transmission errors and contact spots of planetary gear,using the method of experience modification and genetic algorithm modification,the micro modification of planetary gear is carried out by comprehensive modification,and the influence of the determined micro-modification scheme on the vibration characteristics of multi-mode hybrid transmission is analyzed.It is found that the transmission errors of planetary gear and the edge stress of tooth is reduced,and the partial load phenomenon at one end of the contact spots is improved.Moreover,the vibration response characteristics of multimode hybrid transmission are improved,which provides a certain reference method for the research of vibration reduction of multi-mode hybrid transmission.
