With the development of science and technology,power system has become an indispensable part of the global economic development,and electrical equipment as one of the most important part can directly control the state of power system,the whole power system has a direct impact on the stability and safety of its operation..Due to the increasing diversity of production requirements and safety factors,research and development have increasingly focused on the optimum design of electrical equipment in recent years However,most of the research focused on the technical optimization inside the equipment,and the research on the human-machine interaction(HMI)interface is still lacking.This paper explores the Facility Layout Planning(FLP)problem,optimizes the design of the HMI interface of electrical switchgear through heuristic algorithms,and experimentally verifies the optimized interface based on eye tracking technology.Based on the cognitive law of human beings,the layout principle of HMI interface is used as the constraint condition of heuristic algorithm.The layout principle is quantified using the improved analytic hierarchy process,,determine the weight value of the relevant sub-objective function to obtain the final overall objective function,construct the optimization mathematical model,and carry out the optimization design practice of the interactive interface of electrical switchgear.The heuristic algorithm is used to verify the optimization design theory,and two optimization interfaces are obtained.Eye tracking technique was used to control the optimization of the interface,and NASA-TLX questionnaire was used to analyze the cognitive load of the subjects when operating different interfaces.Through comparison,it is discovered that the subjects using the optimized interface have much lower cognitive loads,demonstrating the interface’s optimization effect.According to the optimization outcomes of the algorithm,the genetic algorithm is preferable to the ant colony algorithm.The optimization design of HMI interface based on heuristic algorithm can improve the interaction efficiency and reliability of electrical equipment,and provide some reference for the optimization design of HMI interface of electrical equipment.
