| As one of the important parts of aeroengine,the profile quality of blade determines the performance of engine to a large extent.Because the blade has bad force,large load,and operates under high temperature,high pressure and high speed,the blade profile is prone to wear,dents,scratches,corrosion and other phenomena after long-term service,which further leads to blade failure and engine failure.Therefore,regular maintenance of blades is required both at home and abroad during engine use.At present,the main method of repairing small repairable damage on blade surface in China is "manual inspection-manual repair-sample test".However,the traditional manual operation has some problems,such as low production efficiency and poor consistency of the repair surface.Therefore,it is urgent to change the manual operation to digital production in order to improve the efficiency and quality of blade repair.This paper studies and develops the control system based on the self-designed and manufactured compressor remanufacturing blade defect grinding production line,aiming at realizing the integrated production line of "automatic defect identification-CNC sand belt polishing-coordinate detection" for remanufacturing blade.Based on this,this paper carries out the following research work:Analyze the composition,functional requirements and technical requirements of the production line,and complete the overall design of the overall scheme and functional modules of the production line control system.According to the operation logic of the production line,the material flow and information flow of the management and control system are built,and the flexible networking platform architecture of heterogeneous equipment in the production line is designed according to the integrated control scheme of the management and control system.Two modes of equipment data acquisition based on Ethernet communication and production line accessory data acquisition based on PLC are proposed to realize the information acquisition of all equipment and accessory in production line.Corresponding models are built respectively to solve the practical problems of the production process plan driven by process data and the production scheduling method based on cost accounting.The scheduling problem of the production line management and control system is studied,and the mathematical model of the scheduling problem is constructed by combining the balance rate,balance loss rate and balance delay of the production line.The model can match the optimal roughing(bottleneck process)time.The neural network model was established to establish the internal operation rule between the machining time and the grinding process parameters,and the scheduling result was analyzed and the machining quality was verified.Combined with the overall design scheme and functional algorithm of the control system,the control software system of the compressor remanufacturing blade defect grinding production line was developed,and the software system was applied to the numerical control belt grinding production line of the compressor remanufacturing blade to carry out automatic polishing and repairing experiments of several types of blades.The experimental results show that the control system of the compressor remanufactured blade defect grinding production line studied in this paper can better guarantee the automatic grinding repair efficiency,and significantly improve the quality stability of remanufactured blade mass grinding production. |
