In the future,it is a new trend of technology development in rail transit industry to apply wireless communication technique,featured by large bandwidth,high transmission rate,low delay and high flexibility,to the Next-Generation Train Control & Monitoring System(NGTCMS).The introduction of wireless network architecture will promote railway automation,flexible train management and efficiency of railway operation and maintenance.The large bandwidth,high transmission rate and low delay of 5G network can meet train-ground communication requirements of high-speed trains.WIFI communication,with its advantages of high data rate,large transmission distance and low cost,can be used for data transmission within the train.Therefore,a wireless train-ground communication system is designed to do prospective studies for the application of related technologies on trains.Specific work contents of this paper are shown as follows:(1)Train-ground wireless communication system,which is composed of vehicle-mounted data processing unit,5G gateway and ground server,is designed.The on-board data processing unit can access the train communication network through WIFI to obtain train operation data and in-car video streaming data and then transmit the data to the ground server through 5G network.The ground server can display the received data in real time and saves the records to the local database.It can also provide users with real-time monitoring and query of historical data.(2)On-board data processing unit software,including TRDP communication,collection data structure management,data encryption,video stream forwarding,5G data interaction and other functional modules,are developed.TRDP communication transfers TRDP protocol stack,analyzes TRDP process data and collects on-board TRDP data.The video stream forwarding module can be used to collect and forward video data inside the train.Acquisition data structure management module and data encryption module help process TRDP data classification and data encryption,which can ensure the security of data transmission.5G data interaction module helps to reliably send on-board data to the ground server through 5G network.(3)The ground server software,which includes server communication,data interaction,decryption,database design,user management,monitoring interface design and other functional modules,is developed.Among them,the server communication module and data interaction module can monitor the communication server and connect the client based on5 Gand realize the data interaction with on-board data processing unit.The video stream data pulling module can draw video stream data and normally play train surveillance videos.The decryption module,database design module and monitoring interface design module can decode,store and display data and inquire TRDP real-time data and historical data.(4)A train-ground wireless communication system simulation test platform is set up to simulate train operating conditions and test functions of the developed software.The test results show that all functions of the train-ground wireless communication system designed in this paper can be operated normally and that they can reach the expected goal. |
