| With the development of science and technology and economy,the output value of the marine industry has increased rapidly,the ship industry has entered a stage of rapid development,and has driven the development of related parts manufacturing industry,diesel engine as the core component of the ship,is the power source of the ship,plays a very important role.As one of the core of national technological development,the production quality of marine diesel engines is particularly important,and the cylinder head in the manufacturing process,its surface and internal cavity will have a lot of oil stains,iron filings,need to be deeply cleaned to ensure that the assembly cleaning requirements are met.But the quality of marine diesel engine cylinder head is large,the traditional manual soaking brushing,not only time-consuming and laborious,but also can not improve production efficiency,seriously restrict the development of enterprises,so automated marine diesel engine cylinder head cleaning station research and development gradually put on the agenda,can not only effectively solve the traditional process of labor consumption,reduce labor costs,but also can solve the production speed and cleaning effect is not ideal and other problems,this paper in the in-depth analysis of the needs of enterprises on the basis of the design of a marine diesel engine cylinder head cleaning station,For stable and fast cleaning,the main research contents are as follows:(1)In order to meet the requirements of use and industrial design,consult the relevant cleaning station data,and combine the site conditions of the production line for the comparative analysis of the scheme,the cleaning station adopts gantry manipulator grabbing,spray cleaning,roller table conveying,clamping and flipping,hot air drying,wastewater recycling and other mechanisms.On this basis,standard parts are selected,and 3D modeling software is used for modeling and assembly.(2)In order to meet the design requirements,check the strength and stiffness of the main components.The finite element simulation software is used for static analysis,and the topology optimization and parameter optimization of non-standard components such as gantry manipulator clamping parts and workbenches are optimized,so that they can reduce weight as much as possible under the premise of meeting the requirements,realize lightweight design,and save manufacturing costs.(3)In order to determine the motion state of the entire mechanism,Recur Dyn software is used to simulate multibody dynamics,and the scheme is improved according to the analysis results.Using fluid software and discrete element software to simulate and analyze the cleaning mechanism,determine the flow state of the liquid in the pipeline and conduct a comparative analysis of the size scheme for the nozzle,study the influence of various structures on water flow injection,and finally determine the best design scheme by the simulation analysis results,which provides a basis for subsequent prototype tests. |
