| Logistics is an important link in the production and sales chain of an enterprise,and an important aspect to ensure the efficient operation of a modern enterprise.In recent years,market competition has become increasingly fierce,and both the supply and demand sides have put forward higher requirements for the efficiency and time of logistics distribution.Especially under the influence of road traffic,market demand,vehicle failure and other related factors or random events,enterprises need to further improve from the system From the perspective of strengthening the optimization and control of related resources to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.Based on this,this paper takes the logistics distribution system of C company as the research object,and mainly carries out the following work:1.On the basis of investigation,analysis and summary of domestic and foreign logistics distribution center site selection and logistics distribution routing technology,the basic situation of C company,logistics organization structure,distribution system,etc.are introduced and analyzed,Proposed project goals and formulated corresponding technical routes.2.Aiming at the unbalanced distribution pressure of each distribution center of C company,a fuzzy clustering hierarchical analysis distribution center site selection technology is proposed.This technology is different from the traditional method.It also incorporates the future potential logistics demand into the current research on the distribution center location problem,and establishes the relevant distribution center location model with the goal of distribution workload balance;and combines the distribution flow and geographical location information.etc.using the fuzzy clustering method to divide the regions and determine the alternative plans for the distribution center;then consider the road conditions,environment,policy factors,especially the future market development potential,etc.The operation data gives suggestions for the site selection scheme.Finally,the simulation experiment research is carried out based on the Flexsim software,and the relevant construction scheme suggestions are demonstrated.The simulation results show that the technology in this paper can effectively solve the problem of location selection of similar distribution centers such as C company.3.Aiming at the problem that the logistics distribution cost is too high due to the manual determination of the distribution route by C company,a hybrid time window logistics distribution route optimization technology based on the improved genetic algorithm is proposed.This technology not only considers the soft time window but also incorporates the hard time window that customers have strict requirements on service time into the problem research framework,establishes a logistics distribution route optimization model,and combines the characteristics of the problem,proposes an improved Genetic algorithm to solve the delivery route planning problem.This algorithm is different from the traditional genetic algorithm.It designs a two-layer encoding method that includes the distribution node sequence and the strictness of the time limit.A different improved crossover operator,especially to avoid falling into local optimum,adopts an improved two-point mutation operator according to the characteristics of the problem to enhance the disturbance and improve the global search ability of the algorithm.And combined with the actual operation data of C company,the relevant simulation experiment research was carried out.The results show that the use of this technology can save the total cost of logistics distribution by 22.86%compared with the original plan of C company,and the optimization and improvement effect is obvious.4.Finally,based on the GUI development tool in Matlab,the software modules related to location selection and distribution route planning of the distribution center were designed and developed,and a case test was carried out.The results show that the software technology module meets the requirements of C company’s related technology application. |
