| Objective To study the differences in the chemical traits, photosynthetic properties, biomass and content of active components of Corydalis yanhusuo W.T.Wang in different cropping methods, and to analyze the regular pattern of biomass accumulation and distribution, and to explore the limiting factors of difference on yield. The effects of soil factors and active components of Corydalis yunnanensis were studied by studying the difference of soil nutrient content and metal element content under different planting patterns.Method 1.The agronomic traits of Corydalis yanhusuo were determined by leaf area analyzer and drainage method. The dynamic changes of plant height, leaf area and stem volume were compared under different cropping methods.2 The photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate, stomatal conductance and intercellular CO2 concentration of Corydalis chinensis were studied byportable light and measuring instrument. The chlorophyll content, photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate, stomatal conductance and intercellular CO2 concentration were measured under different cropping methods.3 The distribution of Corydalis yunnanensis and yield were studied by measuring the biomass and yield of different cropping methods.4 The effects of different cropping methods on the content of tetrahydropalmatine were studied by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).5 The pH value were measured by pH meter. The nitrogen content of plant and soil was determined by automatic nitrogen analyzer. The phosphorus content of plant and soil was determined by molybdenum antimony anti-colorimetric method And the potassium content of plants and soils was determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The effects of nitrogen and phosphorus contents on the growth and yield and quality of Corydalis yanhusuo W.T.Wang were analyzed.6 Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometry(TEM)was used to determine the trace element content of plants and soils, and the differences in the accumulation and distribution of trace elements under different cropping methods were explored. The health risks of medicinal materials were evaluated, which provided guidance for high yield and efficient green planting of Corydalis yanhusuo W.T.Wang.Result 1.There was a significant difference in the plant height of Corydalisyanhusuo W.T.Wang in different cropping methods, among which the highest yield of rice-Corydalis yanhusuo W.T.Wang was the highest, indicating that the recombination could effectively improve the agronomic traits of Corydalis yanhusuo W.T.Wang.2 Under different cropping methods, the photosynthetic performance of multiple cropping was the best, and the photosynthetic performance of Corydalis monoculture was the worst. There were significant differences in stem biomass and underground biomass of Corydalis chinensis under different cropping methods. The yield of rice-Corydalis multiflorum was the highest in the treatment group.4 The extension of linear relationship between peak area and concentration of DL tetrahydropalmatine(R2=0.99998)of the good, the average recovery rate was 99.6%,and the content of tetrahydropalmatine in Corn-Corydalis multiple cropping was the highest, and the content of tetrahydropalmatine in Corydalis monoculture was the lowest.5 Under different cropping methods, the pH value of different soil layers in each treatment group was extremely significant.6 There were significant differences in soil nitrogen and phosphorus contents between different treatments in different treatments. The nitrogen content in the stem of rhizome Corydalis can promote biomass accumulation and yield formation. The content of potassium was positively correlated with the content of tetrahydropalmatine.7 The contents of heavy metals As,Cd,Cu,Hg and Pb in plant and soil were not exceeded. The enrichment ability of Cd and Cu was weak, and the enrichment ability of heavy metals was the weakest. The enrichment ability of heavy metals in 0-5 cm soil layer was stronger than that of 5-20 cm soil Layer of soil.Through the health risk assessment,we can see that the HI values of Corydalis yanhusuo W.T.Wang were less than 1 in different cropping methods.Conclusion1 There were significant differences in agronomic traits, photosynthetic properties, dry matter accumulation and yield of Alternaria alternata under different cropping systems. The multiple cropping can effectively improve the agronomic traits of Corydalis yanhusuo W.T.Wang,improve the photosynthetic performance, promote the accumulation of dry matter and increase the yield of Corydalis yanhusuo W.T.Wang.Among them,rice-Corydalis species has more advantages.2 There was a significant difference in the content of tetrahydropalmatine, but the content of tetrahydropalmatine was highest in Corn-Corydalis multiple cropping’s in the different cropping methods. The contents of the three treatments were in the order of the pharmacopoeia.Among them,maize-Corydalis multiflorum was the highest.3 There were significant differences in pH value, total organic matter content, nitrogen and phosphorus content, elemental plant height and soil microelements in different soils under different cropping methods. And heavy metals As,Cd,Cu,Hg,Pb were not exceeded.Through the health risk assessment we can see that different cropping methods Corydalis yanhusuo W.T.Wang does not have the risk of health hazards.Among them,rice-Corydalis species has more advantages.4 The yield was significantly affected by agronomic characters, photosynthetic performance, nitrogen content of plant underground stem,Mn,Zn,Pb and Cd.The agronomic traits, photosynthetic properties, plant potassium and metal elements Fe,Mn,As can significantly affect the quality of Corydalis. |
