Ecological Suitability Regionalization Research Of Corydalis Yanhusuo W.T WanginChina Based On Quality

Objective:In this study,the fingerprints of alkaloids from Corydalis yanhusuo were established by measuring the contents of corydaline and tetrahydropalmatine in Corydalis yanhusuo in different growing areas of China,which provided the basis for the quality control of Corydalis yanhusuo.The spatial distribution of corydaline and tetrahydropalmatine was estimated by analyzing the correlation of Corydalis yanhusuo and ecological factors.Corydalis yanhusuo planting area was based on the scientificMethod1.HPLC isocratic method was used to determine the content of corydaline and tetrahydropalmatine in Corydalis yanhusuo that from 15 planting area.2.Fingerprints of Corydalis yanhusuo were established by HPLC gradient elution method,and their common patterns were established.The quality of Corydalis yanhusuo was evaluated by SPSS using similarity analysis,cluster analysis and principal component analysis.3.The quality factors of Corydalis yanhusuo were determined by stepwise regression in R language.The AcrGIS system was used to calculate the geographical distribution of Corydalis yanhusuo.Result1.The linear relationship between the peak area and the logarithm of the two components was good(R2≥0.9995),the average recoveries were 107.52%and 104.97%.The contents of corydaline and tetrahydropalmatine in 15 samples of Corydalis yanhusuo were in the range of 0.08%-0.44%and 0.03-0.20%.Zhejiang Jinyun Hu town was the highest contents of corydaline and tetrahydropalmatin planting area.2.The fingerprints and the common patterns of Alkaloid were established.There are 10 peaks in the fingerprints of Corydalis yanhusuo,which are common to 10 batches of Corydalis yanhusuo.The fingerprints of Corydalis yanhusuo from different areas had high similarity,which was in accordance with cluster analysis and principal component analysis.3.Establishing the suitability zone of Corydalis yanhusuo of the national.Conclusion1.The content of corydaline and tetrahydropalmatine in Corydalis yanhusuo was determined,and the quality control system of Corydalis yanhusuo was established,which provided the basis for improving the quality of Corydalis yanhusuo.2.The fingerprint quality evaluation system of Corydalis yanhusuo was established,and the quality of Corydalis yanhusuo was evaluated comprehensively.3.The optimal planting area of Corydalis yanhusuo is mainly distributed in the most suitable producing areas,including Henan,Hebei,Yunnan,Sichuan and Guangdong.The suitable producing areas include Zhejiang Province,Fujian Province,Anhui Province,Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,Province,Jiangsu Province,Guizhou Province and Hubei Province.
