Tillage technology of smash-ridging is a new type of tillage technique with high yield,and the smash-ridging machine is the equipment to realize the ridge tillage.Domestic research has been carried out and some achievements have been achieved.But at present,the vibration of rotary cutting tools of the ridge machine is large,which reduces the service life and driving comfort of the ridge machine,and affects the popularization and application of the ridge machine and the ridge tillage technology.Therefore,it is of great significance to adopt advanced technology and methods to carry out the research of new rotary cutting tools and reduce the vibration of the rotary cutting tools of the ridge machine.In this paper,the FEM-SPH coupling method is used to establish the dynamic simulation model of the original rotary cutting tool operating system,and then the field physical experiment method is used to verify the dynamic simulation model of the original rotary cutting tool operating system.Then the force of the tool and the mode of vibration are analyzed by the simulation model,the reason for the large vibration of the original rotary cutting tool is found out.Then,the reason of the big vibration of the root cutting tool is studied,and the vibration reduction method of the powder ridge cutting tool is studied.It is concluded that the double helix structure can effectively reduce the vibration of the cutting tool,but the power consumption is too large.Finally,a new type of rotary cutting tool with small vibration is proposed,and its working mechanism and performance are studied.The results show that the relative error of torque between simulation and physical test is 5.12%.The modeling method of rotary cutting tool operation system based on FEM-SPH coupling algorithm is reasonable.The reason for the large vibration of the original rotary cutting tool is that the force of the rotary cutting tool changes periodically,and the force amplitude is large,reaching 1568N;because of the symmetrical structure of the double helix,the double helix cutter with hollowed helical blades has a more uniform force during operation.The amplitude of the torque and resistance of the double helix cutter with hollowed helical blades decreases by 51.2%and 65.8%respectively in the hard soil ridge operation.After the operation,the quality of the upper soil decreases by 30.7%compared with the original rotary cutter.Because the spiral blade is hollowed out,the friction and ridge of the blade on the soil are reduced,and its peak power is reduced by 1.2%.In a word,the tool is a good rotary cutting tool.
