| With the implementation of green plant protection,the use of natural enemy insects to control pests is increasing.Chrysoperla sinica is a dominant natural enemy insect in agriculture and forestry.Its larvae have a good control effect on aphids,spider mites,Lepidoptera eggs and some young larvae.At present,there are few reports on the artificial diet of Chrysoperla sinica larvae in China.In this research,screening was carried out from a wide range of low-cost basic diet,and optimize the formula of the selected basic diet to provide a basis for large-scale feeding.1.Screening of the basic formula of artificial diet for Chrysoperla sinica larvae.Chrysoperla sinica larvae can grow and develop normally on 4 basic diet.Comparison of important life indicators such as larval duration,larval survival,adult egg production,and adult survival days,it was found that the larvae of the Chinese caterpillar worm,which was fed with beef and beef liver feed as the main ingredient,lasted 9.16 d,the pupa duration was6.71 d,the adult pre-spawn period was 4.34 d,the adult survival rate was 53.19 d,and the total spawn was 826.35 capsules.Therefore,beef and beef liver were selected as the basic feed for subsequent research.2.Exploring the larva rearing methods of Chrysoperla sinica.By comparing the experimental results,adding 5%sucrose solution to the diet to feed Chrysoperla sinica,and feed the first instar larvae with Megoura japonica,and feed the second and third instar larvae with feed can improve the larval growth and development.Compared with no adding sucrose solution,the duration of larvae fed with sucrose solution was shortened by 1.32 d,the duration of pupae was reduced by 0.2 d,and the survival rate of larvae increased by 30%.The duration of larvae reared with aphids and sucrose solution at the 1st instar was 1.79 d shorter than that of larvae reared with feed and sucrose solution at the 1st stage,and the pupal duration was reduced by 0.74 d.3.Orthogonal optimization of artificial feed for Chrysoperla sinica larvae.The L9(34)orthogonal test design was used to screen the main ingredients and levels of beef and beef liver feed formulas,and a set of experimental theoretical main feed formulas were obtained through Duncan range test analysis:Beef and beef liver 60 g,yeast 15 g,sucrose 15 g,olive oil 0.8 g.It was found that the optimized formula was used to feed the larvae of P.sinensis,and the optimized formula was superior to the orthogonal experiment formula in the larval duration,pupal duration,larval survival rate,and pupal survival rate index.The optimized formula was used to feed the larvae of Chrysoperla sinica,and it was found that the optimized formula was superior to the orthogonal experiment formula in the indexes of larval duration,pupal duration,larval survival rate,and pupal survival rate.Compared with the control group,the larval duration(9.28 d)of the optimized formula was significantly different from the control(7.93 d),while the larval survival rate and pupal survival rate were not significantly different from the control. |
