| This study changed the way of applying iron fertilizer to the seedbed soil or spraying ferrous solution to the stems and leaves,adopted a simple method of soaking rice seeds with ferrous sulfate solution,and studied the feasibility of using waste black fungus residue as the substrate and the influencing factors of FeSO4 solution on rice seedling growth.The test results showed that:1.The content of P and K in the waste residue of black fungus was sufficient,the volume was small,and the ability of absorbing water and keeping water was strong.The phenomenon of rice seedling yellowing was found when the waste residue of black fungus was directly applied to the rice seedling raising matrix.When it was mixed with the conventional substrate soil,the content of chlorophyll was significantly increased,and the phenomenon of leaf yellowing was improved;2.The effect of seed soaking with FeSO4 solution was better than that of FeCl2 and Fe2(SO4)3 solution.By FeSO4 solution soaking,the chlorophyll content of rice leaves was increased by about 10%compared with that without treatment,the phenomenon of yellow leaves was eliminated,and the seedling quality was improved;3.The seed soaking with FeSO4 solution could promote the growth of rice seedling.The best concentration,time and temperature of FeSO4 solution were 0.004-0.018 mol/L,3-5 days and 15-20℃;4.Seed Soaking with FeSO4 solution could improve the activity of amylase during rice germination.The(α+β)amylase activity of 0.014 mol/L FeSO4 solution was significantly higher than that of other treatments at 5 days of seed soaking,and(α+β)amylase activity of FeSO4 solution was significantly higher than that of other treatments at 12 days of seed soaking;5.The plant height was increased after FeSO4 solution soaking treatment,which did not meet the requirements of "short,strong and big seedlings" required by machine planting in northern rice region.The mixture of 0.3 mmol/L PP333 solution and 0.018 mol/L FeSO4 solution could effectively control the "excessive growth" phenomenon of rice seedlings treated with ferrous ion,and the leaf age and chlorophyll content of leaves were the highest,which was most suitable for soaking and cultivating strong seedlings;6.The rice seedling matrix,which is made up of 3-year natural accumulation of rotten bacteria residue and conventional seedling matrix by volume ratio of 1:1,combined with FeSO4 solution seed soaking treatment,were cultivated under the condition that the seeding amount is less than 100 g/plate,and the comprehensive quality had reached the standard of strong seedling. |
