Study On Screening Substrate Formula For Pepper Cultivation Based On Fungus Residue Of Auricularia Auricula Resource

In order to reduce the waste of resources,reduce environmental pollution and make rational use of fungus dregs of Auricularia auricula,in this study,the fungus dregs of Auricularia auricula was taken as the object,and the formulation matrix composed of different materials was prepared by combining vermiculite,inorganic fertilizer and organic fertilizer.Taking pepper seedling and pepper cultivation as the test material,the effects of the formula matrix of Auricular ia auricula on the growth of capsicum seedlings were studied from the aspects of physical and chemical properties of substrate,growth index of pepper seedlings,yield and quality.The results showed that:(1)M6(Bacterial residue:organic fertilizer:vermiculite=7:1:2)has the best effect on pepper seedlings,followed by M3(bacterial residue:organic fertilizer:vermiculite=8:1:1).The contents of total nitrogen,total phosphorus,nitrate nitrogen,ammonium nitrogen,available phosphorus,available phosphorus and available potassium were higher in the two seedling matrix formulations of M3 and M6.The plant height,stem diameter,leaf area and seedling strength index of capsicum seedlings were significantly higher than those of the control,but the root-shoot ratio and dry matter were similar to those of the control.The plant height,stem diameter,leaf area,root-shoot ratio and seedling strength index of the chilli seedlings cultured on the M3 formula were 102.2%,55.9%,120.7%,1.3%and 133.3%higher than that of the control;The above indexes of M6 formula matrix increased 110.4%,74.5%.,154.7%and 222.2%than that of control treatment.These two formulation matrices can be used for pepper seedling cultivation.(2)The plant height,stem diameter and the dry matter contents of the formula T1(bacterial residue:vermiculite=1:1),T2(bacterial residue:vermiculite=2:1),T3(bacterial residue:vermiculite=3:1)and T4(bacterial residue:vermiculite=4:1)add fertilizer were significantly higher than that of CK1;The plant height and stem diameter of T6(bacterial residue:organic fertilizer:vermiculite=6:2:2),T7(bacterial residue:organic fertilizer:vermiculite=5:3:2),T8(bacterial residue:organic fertilizer:vermiculite=6:1:3),T9(bacterial residue:organic fertilizer:vermiculite=5:2:3)and T10(bacterial residue:organic fertilizer:vermiculite=4:3:3)added the organic fertilizer formula were significantly higher than that of CK2,the dry matter content similar to CK and the pepper had a good growth trend.(3)The yield of formula T1,T2,T3 and T4 of add fertilizer was significantly higher than that of the control,and increased by 165.9%,101.7%,156.3%and 104.0%compared to the control.Among them,the number of fruits per plant,the yield per plant,and the weight per fruit of the T3 were better than the control treatment.(4)The yield of formula T5(bacterial residue:organic fertilizer:vermiculite=7:1:2),T6,T7,T8,T9 and T10 of add the organic fertilizer was increased by 29.4%,30.3%,25.7%,63.0%,58.1%and 35.8%compar ed to the control.Among them,the number of fruits per plant,the yield per plant,and the weight per fruit of the T8 were better than the control treatment.(5)The content of soluble sugar and vitamin C in capsicum fruits cultivated with T3 substrate were higher than CK1 and nitrate content was lower than CK1.The contents of soluble sugar,soluble protein and vitamin C in capsicum fruits cultivated with T8 substrate were higher than those in CK2.(6)The best cultivation effect of pepper in the formula base of adding fertilizer is T3.The best cultivation effect of pepper in the treatment of added decomposed organic fertilizer is T8.The plant height,stem diameter,average fruit weight,fruit number per plant,yield per plant,total yield and quality of pepper fruit of formula T3 and T8 were superior to the control or close to the control,can be used for cultivation of pepper substrate.
