| The purpose of this experiment is to study the effects of different levels of bile acid additives on growth performance, slaughter performance, body fat distribution, meat quality, organ index, biochemical index of blood lipid, serum immunology index, intestinal digestive enzyme activity and cecal microflora of Guangxi Sanhuang chicken. The experiment selected 1 200 healthy Guangxi Sanhuang chicken(hens)of 80 days old and weighing about 900 g,randomly divided into 4 treatment groups, each treatment group had 3 repeat pens,100 chickens per pen,and the test period was 35 days.A single-factor completely randomized design was used to add 0,200,350 and 500mg/kg bile acid additives to the basic diet,as a control group,to treat the T1,T2,T3 group diets. The test results are as follows: 1)Growth performance: At the end of the test, the body weight of the end-stage chickens in the bile acid additive treatment group was significantly different from that in the control group(P < 0.01);the average daily feed intake of the test chickens in the bile acid additive treatment group did not change significantly compared with the control group(P > 0.05);the average daily weight gain of the test chickens in the bile acid additive treatment group was gradually increased compared with the control group(P < 0.01),In general, the feed weight ratio of Guangxi Sanhuang chickens decreased after adding bile acid additives in the diet, but the difference was not significant(P > 0.05);During the fattening period,Guangxi Sanhuang chicken diets were supplemented with bile acid additives.Compared with the control group, there was no significant change in the digestibility of nutrients in the feed(P > 0.05).2)Slaughter performance: The slaughter rate,semi-clear rate, pectoral muscle rate, leg muscle rate and other slaughter performance indicators of each bile acid additive treatment group did not change significantly compared with the control group(P > 0.05).3)Body fat distribution: The addition of bile acid additives in the diet has no significant effect on the abdominal fat weight, intermuscular fat width, pectoral muscle fat content, and leg muscle fat content of Guangxi Sanhuang chickens(P > 0.05).4)Meat quality: the addition of bile acid additives in the diet significantly improved the color of breast muscles, the hydraulic power, and the drip loss rate of Guangxi Sanhuang chickens(P > 0.05);compared with the control group, the shear force of the leg muscles in the bile acid additive treatment group was the hydraulic The drip loss rate and cooking loss rate index changed significantly(P < 0.05).5)Internal organ index: bile acid additives have no significant effect on the index of organs such as heart, liver and spleen of Guangxi Sanhuang Chicken(P > 0.05).6)Blood lipid biochemical indicators: on the 21 st day of the experiment, the addition of bile acid additives in the diet significantly increased the cholesterol and high-density lipoprotein blood lipid concentration in the blood of Guangxi Sanhuang chickens(P < 0.05);on the 35 th day of the experiment, the diet was added Bile acid additives have no significant effect on the blood lipid content of triglycerides,cholesterol,low-density lipoproteins(P > 0.05).7)Serum immunity index: on the 21 st day of the test, the bile acid additives in the diet significantly increased the content of Ig A,Ig G,Ig M in the serum of Guangxi Sanhuang chicken(P < 0.01);on the 35 th day of the test, the bile acid additive treatment group The serum Ig E content of Guangxi Sanhuang chickens was significantly different from that of the control group(P < 0.01),while the serum Ig A,Ig G and Ig M content of Guangxi Sanhuang chickens treated with bile acid additives did not change significantly(P > 0.05).8)Intestinal digestive enzyme activity: On the 35 th day of the experiment, bile acid additives were added to the diet, except for the chicken hormone-sensitive lipase in the duodenum compared with the control group, treatment group 2 and treatment group 3 were significant(P <0.05);There was no significant change in enzyme activity indicators of the remaining groups(P > 0.05);the activity of digestive enzymes such as lactase,lipase,hormone-sensitive lipase, and trypsin in the jejunum did not change significantly compared with the control group(P > 0.05));Except for lactase and hormone-sensitive lipase activity in the ileum, there were significant changes(P < 0.05),and the lipase and trypsin activities of the other bile acid additive treatment groups did not change significantly(P > 0.05).9)Cecal microflora: The addition of bile acid additives in the diet changed the composition of the microflora of the Guangxi Sanhuang chicken gate and the level of the cecal microorganisms in the genus(P > 0.05);at the genus level, compared with the control group, the relative abundance of the genus Megamonas is significantly different(P < 0.05).In summary, the addition of bile acid additives to the diet can promote the growth of Guangxi Sanhuang chickens, feed nutrient digestibility, improve slaughter performance, promote body lipid metabolism, improve body immunity, improve cecum flora structure, and maintain body health.According to various factors and indicators, under the conditions of this experiment, adding 350 g / t bile acid additive to the diet has the best effect on the Guangxi Sanhuang chickens during the fattening period. |
