Seedling raising is an important procedure in rice production.Among them,plate seedling raising is a simple and low-cost rice breeding technology widely used in China.At present,its mechanization degree is low,the quality of slurry obtained by the existing technology is different,which affects the subsequent transplanting,and the uniformity of seedling quality is poor.In view of these problems,this paper proposes and designs a variety of blades for rice seedling trays,which can be applied to rice seedling raising operations.In view of the requirements of various operations in rice seedling raising technology,it can liberate the labor force,and speed up the process of rice seedling raising operations.The thesis mainly studies from the following aspects:(1)According to the actual working condition of a blade cutting homogenate and splashing,the appropriate commercial CFD software,multiphase flow model,control equation,turbulence simulation,near-wall treatment,and discrete method were determined.(2)The physical parameters and mechanical properties of the mud are systematically tested and analyzed,and the appropriate mud model theory is determined at the same time.The main parameters of the two kinds of blades are designed by RSM.(3)The blade was scanned and modeled by prince775 two-color laser hand-held 3D scanner,and then the basic model was processed by ANSYS Spaceclaim direct modeler to establish a variety of blade parameter models.Creo parametric,a commercial CAD software,is used to build a three-dimensional model of slurry tank.ICEM CFD,a commercial software,is used to build homogenate and splashing grids that combine non structure with structure.(4)The boundary condition,numerical method and setting of blade cutting mud pulping are determined.The area where the homogenizing blade can effectively smooth the mud at 20 rad/s is explored.This paper introduces the results of mud flow field of blade rotating splashing mud on different monitoring sections,as well as the numerical simulation results of mud splashing volume(Vm),power loss(Pc)and mud splashing efficiency(ηm),and analyzes its variance,establishes the corresponding regression equation,and establishes the three-dimensional surface map of each test factor X1、X2、X3 response value with Design Expert 8.0.6.(5)In the design of the homogenizing blade and splashing blade,the combination of lowest performance,the combination of middle performance,the combination of highest performance,and the optimal combination are selected.The mud homogenizing was carried out in a paddy field of Nantong town,Minhou County,Fuzhou City,Fujian Province.The power consumption test was carried out in the school of mechanical and electrical engineering,agricultural and Forestry University.The power consumption test and mud splashing test were also carried out in the school of mechanical and electrical engineering,agricultural and Forestry University.Finally,the rationality of the mud model and the feasibility of the two kinds of blades are verified by experiments.
