At present, the mechanization of rice cultivation in China is seriously lagging behind, becoming the weakest link of rice production entire mechanization. Rice tray raising seedling product line is the important part of the factory seedling raising, which includes tray supplying, subsoil casting and compaction, planting, watering, topsoil covering, taking the disk, etc. The machine can effectively provide high quality seedlings, and make it easier to transplant. Presently, taking trays out from the rice raising seedling planter is mostly did by manual working, which is labor-intensive and inefficient, so developing a automatic rice tray feeding device is the effective way to solve these problem.There are some domestic and international research related to the device, but there is noresearch forautomatic feeding device whichcan be applied tray soft plastic, hard plastic seedling tray at the same time, therefore, to develop an automatic feeding device which is suitable soft, hard disk at the same time is an important measures to improve the mechanization of rice seedlings. Based on actual productionlines seedling requirements, combining analysis and experimental research method,This article conducted a systematic study of electric controlled automatic rice tray feeding device,the main contents are as follows:(1)The overall scheme study of Electric Controlled Automatic Rice Tray Feeding Device.Determine the overall structure of Electric Controlled Automatic Rice Tray Feeding Device, use the proximity switch mechanism to detect seedling tray,usethe servo steering shaft mechanism to rose, put seedling tray, to achieve automatic feeding seedling tray.(2)Key component design of Electric Controlled Automatic Rice Tray Feeding Device.Developed the transport mechanism for automatic disk device, analyzed the the mathematical model of Electric Controlled Automatic Rice Tray Feeding Device,identified seedling tray conveying speed condition of no spacing feeding tray; developed servo rose plate shaft mechanism, analyzed the rise plate principle, determine the structural parameters; developed a control system for Electric Controlled Automatic Rice Tray Feeding Device,determined the circuit arrangement which based on STM32 microcontroller core hardware control circuit, use keil MDK software completed electronically controlled automatic for the disk device control system software design and debug.(3)Acomposite tray which is suitable for soft plastic seedling tray was desinged, achievedauto feeding tray of soft Trays.From the viewpoint of simplified cultivationaccording to the soft plastic, hard plastic seedling tray's features,designeda soft composite tray Trays, ensuring soft composite tray tightly fitted, which has the characteristics oflaminated convenient, Can be replaced with hard plastic seedling tray.(4)The experimental research of Electric Controlled Automatic Rice Tray Feeding Device was done systematically, the tests showed that the soft and hard seedling tray's feeding success rate was 98.67% and 100% respectively, meet the feeding tray requirements of different rice soft and hard seedling tray.(1)The automatic tray feeding test was carried out which regarded rate offeeding success as index and regarded the productivity,the time of tray dropping andthe stacking trays deviationas factors, test result shown thatthe stacking trays deviation is the major factor, the productivity,the time of tray dropping for the success rate is not significant, under the best combination of factors, the hard seedling tray for a success rate of 99.33%.(2)Seedling tray arrange limit plate structure was added, which in order toreduce the influence of the stacking trays deviationfor the rate offeeding success and correct the deviation caused by artificial feeding disc, after the structure improved, applicability experiment with different seedling tray was done, experiment shown that the success rate of seedling tray of soft, hard disk is 98.67% and 100% after increasing the limit finishing board;(3)rating tests which used old hard plastic seedling disk was done, found that large deformation of the old hard plastic seedling tray could seriously affect feeding success rate,small deformation of seedling tray meet the requirements of the automatic feeding device, therefore, should selectively using the old hard plastic seedling tray for Electric Controlled Automatic Rice Tray Feeding Device.
