In grape production,plant growth regulators are commonly used to treat inflorescence to improve fruit quality and seedless rate.However,the fruit of ’Shine Muscat’ was prone to hollow after treatment with plant growth regulator forchlorfenuron(CPPU).In this experiment,the hollow and non-hollow fruits of ’Shine Muscat’ grape treated with plant growth regulator CPPU were used as materials to explore the differences of cell structure,the effects of hollow on fruit quality,storage quality and related enzyme activities.The main results were as following:1.The results showed that CPPU could cause hollow fruit,and the hollow rate was the highest when CPPU was 10 mg/L.2.Comparing the cell structure of hollow fruit and non-hollow fruit of ’Shine Muscat’,it was found that the cell structure of hollow fruit was loose,arranged irregularly and the cell volume was different.Comparing the content of protopectin and soluble pectin,the results showed that the content of protopectin in pericarp and endocarp of hollow fruit was significantly lower than that of non-hollow fruit,The soluble pectin content was significantly higher than that of non-hollow fruit.3.The single fruit weight and transverse diameter of ’Shine Muscat’ grape hollow fruit were significantly higher than those of non-hollow fruit,while the soluble solids,solid acid ratio,hardness and fructose were significantly lower than those of non-hollow fruit.There was no significant difference in longitudinal diameter,fruit shape index and glucose content between the two.4.There were 26 kinds of alcohols,aldehydes,esters,hydrocarbons,ketones and others in hollow fruit of ’Shine Muscat’ grape,and 31 kinds of alcohols,aldehydes,esters,hydrocarbons,ketones and others in non-hollow fruit of ’Shine Muscat’ grape,The contents of other substances in hollow fruits were significantly lower than those in non-hollow fruits.5.During the storage period of 0~49 days,the decay rate and weight loss rate of‘Shine Muscat’ grape hollow fruit were significantly higher than those of non-hollow fruit,the activities of antioxidant enzymes SOD,POD,CAT,PPO and the contents of protopectin and cellulose were significantly lower than those of non-hollow fruit,and there was no significant difference in the activities of cellulase and polygalacturonase between them.6.There was no significant difference in titratable acid,firmness,malondialdehyd e,soluble protein,flavonoid and total phenol content between ’Shine Muscat’ hollow fruit and non-hollow fruit during storage for 0~49 days.
