| Sugarcane pre cutting planting mode is an advanced sugarcane planting technology.Due to its low damage bud rate,sugarcane seed screening,detoxification treatment,high germination rate,high survival rate and less seed consumption,it has obvious advantages and is the mainstream development direction of sugarcane planter at this stage.The pre cutting double row horizontal sugarcane planting machine developed by the research group in the early stage has realized the mechanization and precision planting of double bud sugarcane seeds,but the semi-automatic artificial feeding is still used in the seed supply link,which requires more labor,labor intensity and complex process.Therefore,a continuous seed supply system is designed,which can replace the manual work,realize the goal of carrying a large number of seeds,orderly feeding,automatic redundant and automatic screening,effectively reduce the labor intensity and improve the work efficiency,which is of great significance to improve the automation degree of sugarcane planter and realize the whole mechanization of sugarcane planting.The main research and conclusions are as follows1.A continuous feeding system of pre-cutting sugarcane planter was designed by analyzing and researching the same type of material conveying device,the chain conveyor was selected as the core feeding mechanism,and the structure of seed delivery mechanism,seed dropping mechanism and diversion carriage were mainly designed.In principle,the functions of continuous seed delivery,redundant removal and orderly sugarcane collection with screening impurity could be realized.The seed delivery mechanism and seed dropping mechanism were deeply studied,and the process of continuous seed feeding system,including seed delivery,redundancy removal,seed replacement,screening and seed dropping,was clarified,and its function and stability were verified,which met the design requirements.2.Solid Works and ADAMS are using to model,simulate and virtual test the seed supply system.The rationality of the structure is verified by modeling.Through the virtual simulation test,the effects of lifting angle,redundant angle and chain speed on the seed supply efficiency and sugarcane seed utilization rate were determined.In addition,through the simulation study,it was verified that the feeding system could effectively screen out the disordered and short sugarcane and avoid sugarcane jam.The maximum contact force of sugarcane seed was13.65 N,the maximum deformation was 0.0031 mm,and there was no damage to sugarcane seed during the feeding process.3.The experiment platform of seed supply system was designed and developed by ourselves,and the test results showed that: the lifting angle,the redundant angle and the linear speed of the chain had a significant impact on the seed supply efficiency;the redundancy removal angle and the linear speed of the chain had a significant impact on the seed utilization rate;and the lifting angle had a significant impact on the seed utilization rate.There was no interaction among the three factors.The optimal parameters were as follows: the linear speed of the chain was 0.28m/s,the lifting angle was 45 ° and the redundant angle was90 ° at this time,the seed supply efficiency was 2.32 roots / s,and the utilization rate of sugarcane seeds was 98.82%.When the improved seed rate was 90%,the qualified rate of seed supply was 95.55%,and the damaged sugarcane rate was0.25%.4.Improving the feeding system carriage,and verifying through simulation and test,the efficiency of seed supply is increased to 2.77 per second.The scheme of the final feeding system was determined,and the layout of the feeding system on the pre-cutting double row horizontal sugarcane planter was designed,and the working process of the continuous feeding system of the sugarcane planter was described.The research results of this paper provide a technical reference for the subsequent research and development of sugarcane automatic continuous seed supply technology and the realization of sugarcane planting mechanization and automation. |
