The Clinical Research On New Veterinary Medicine Of Jia Wei Chuan Xin Lian Powder

In the process of livestock and poultry production,due to the lack of good vaccine prevention for bacterial diseases,it often causes great economic losses to the livestock and poultry industry due to improper prevention and control.In recent years,laying hens colibacillosis is one of the main diseases that perplex the laying industry.Because the chemical drugs,such as antibiotics,can’t be added to prevent and control laying hens colibacillosis during laying,the study of veterinary medicine to prevent and control laying hens colibacillosis has important production and application value for the poultry industry.In this study,according to the technical guidelines of the new veterinary medicine clinical trials,we carried out the clinical research of the new veterinary medicine Jia Wei Chuan Xin Lian powder on the target animal chickens,and provided scientific basis for the rational use of the modified Andrographis powder in the breeding production.The study on the clinical recommended dose screening of Jia Wei Chuan Xin Lian powder.During the experiment,0.25%,0.5%,1.0%,2% and 4% Jia Wei Chuan Xin Lian powder were added to the basic diet of experimental chickens respectively to treat the Artificially Infected Chicken Colibacillosis.During the experiment,the mortality,cure rate,effective rate and inefficiency of experimental chickens in each group were mainly observed,and the clinical effect of Jia Wei Chuan Xin Lian powder was comprehensively judged based on the test results of chi square.The results showed that the Jia Wei Chuan Xin Lian powder could significantly reduce the mortality of the experimental groups of Chicken Colibacillosis,and improve the cure rate and effective rate.According to the results of various tests and comprehensive judgment,the order of clinical efficacy of Jia Wei Chuan Xin Lian powder in the treatment of Artificially Infected Chicken Colibacillosis is: the dosage of Jia Wei Chuan Xin Lian powder in the basic diet is 1.0%,2%,4%,0.5%and 0.25% respectively.The results showed that the recommended dosage of Jia Wei Chuan Xin Lian powder in the treatment of Chicken Colibacillosis was 1% in the basic diet and 7days in a row.The study on the safety of Jia Wei Chuan Xin Lian powder to the target animal chickens.During the experimental,the basic diets of the experimental chickens were supplemented with Jia Wei Chuan Xin Lian powder at the doses of 1%,3% and 5%respectively for 7 days.The results showed that the feeding,drinking water and feces of the experimental chickens in the Chinese medicine addition group and the control group were normal,and there were no morbidity,death and other adverse reactions;during the experiment,there was no significant difference in the weight of the chickens in each group,blood physiology and serum biochemical indicators,and no significant pathological changes in the autopsy.In conclusion: Jia Wei Chuan Xin Lian powder has no toxicity to the target animal chickens,and the improve the growth status of experimental chickens.The results showed that there was no significant difference in the clinical effect of 1% and 2% Jia Wei Chuan Xin Lian powder in the basic diet,but the effect was better than that of 0.5% Jia Wei Chuan Xin Lian powder and Si Wei Chuan Xin Lian powder.The effective clinical recommended dosage is 1% in the basic diet of experimental chicken,and 7 Lian powder and Si Wei Chuan Xin Lian powder.In conclusion: in the extended clinical study,the effective clinical recommended dose of Jia Wei Chuan Xin Lian powder is 1% in the basic diet for 7 days.
